    I am filing this complaint to report the unprofessional and unreliable practices of Always Open Towing. I entered into a contract with this company to ensure that vehicles parked illegally in my designated parking spot would be removed promptly.On 9/7/25 I contacted Always Open Towing to report a vehicle in violation. Instead of honoring the contract, I was told that because the office has all the contracts and no listing was available, they were unable to provide service. This explanation makes no sense and defeats the very purpose of having a contract. A towing company should have access to its own customer agreements at all times, not leave paying customers without recourse.The response I receivedtheres nothing we can do, speak to the managerwas dismissive, unprofessional, and offered no solution. It is unacceptable for a company in this industry to fail to provide assistance when called upon.Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to seek contracts with this company. Always Open Towing has demonstrated unreliability, lack of accountability, and poor customer service.I am requesting that this complaint be formally recorded by the Better Business Bureau so that others are made aware of the risks of doing business with this company.***** ****

    Worst place ever. Ruined my car, stole from my car, put used parts in my car, they kept saying we will fix the problem and made it worse and worse, they intentionally broke items on my to fix it my car was in better condition then before I brought it here. Do not bring your car here please dont
