I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with employees that came out yelling at me because I asked to get a box of ammunition that they had taken from my car when they towed it. This lady said that she would call her boss and have him meet us upfront and I can ask him then. He pulls up with an attitude yelling and screaming at me. I even had to get out of the car and I why are you yelling and screaming at me? I’m asking you if I can have my ammo and he says no the law says that if it’s in a vehicle when they tow it they can and told confiscated because it’s regulated item. I informed him that I had never heard of this law and I would call the cops. I would back off their property. Wait for the police to arrive and have them sort the mess out. I even told him if the police officer says I cannot have it. I will leave right now. As soon as I mentioned Police, that man’s attitude changed. I was able to get my ammunition. I thanked them for their time. I got in my car and I drove away. I am not even kidding. When I say I never got loud or animated. I just couldn’t understand why I couldn’t get my ammo so yes, I will never deal with this company again. More to the story I leave and while I’m driving to my house I get a phone call from my boss stating that this tow company called them and made a complaint that I was being disorderly. Well my boss knew better than that so we laughed it off, but yeah, don’t deal with these people.
