    Out car was up for repossession. We made our payments and the repossession order was canceled. He still tried to get our car. The finance company has confirmed that he knows it is not up for repossession. Today we were getting work done on the vehicle and he came into the shop and took a GPS monitor off. This is illegal for him to have one on our car. We have confirmed this with our our finance company. It is not up for repossession but he is harassing and following us.

    my bosses truck was repossessed, and all my things are in it. I've tried to make an appointment to recover my things, but I've just gotten denied. There's no number to call to even talk to them or-see what I need to do. The only number is just a recording. I offered them both sets of keys for my belongings.

    On April 28th 2025 my car was repossessed. I scheduled a property retrieval on May 13th 2025 went to get my stuff and noticed my PlayStation along with a few other things were stolen out of the car before I arrived. The number given to get ahold of the company does not reach a person just an automated voice. I have left several voicemails just to be ignored. The woman working the place at the time took my number to give to the owner just for the owner to never reach out with a solution. This company is stealing peoples personal belongings and lying when asked about them.

    Brazen recovery LLC repossessed my car and won't let me get my personal belongings and won't answer the phone when called. I had an appointment on Feb 11th to get my property from my car, it snowed 8 inches 2 hours before scheduled appointment. I tried to cancel appointment to reschedule and they denied my cancelation and won't let me reschedule. Everything is automated can't contact an actual person.
