    No ID. No paperwork. Left a mess in my living room. Crume installation should rename them to CRUMMY installations.

    I was to have an installation of a dishwasher on 1-10-23. I took time off of work and then nothing. No calls, texts, emails. NOTHING. I called Crume for an update, and again NOTHING. They don't know what happened and I frankly don't care. I asked for a full refund and they lied to the sale person that I wanted to reschedule. I would be cautioned to use this company because they do not care for you or anyone.

    Scheduling was such a nightmare that I gave up. Lowes even tried to help. After 6 calls, I gave up and returned dishwasher to Lowe’s. The people answering the phone are not helpful at all.

    Plumber dry fired new water heater told I had a electrical problem which cost 450$ plus parts did not have a electrical problem plumber replaced both heating elements and thermostat has worked since he was in a hurry and did not let the water heater to fill with water before turning the electricity on terrible

    Kyle came out to install my shades and blinds. He drilled 15 holes in my newly remodeled bulkhead and said he would have to come back in two weeks and try something else and I would have to pay extra. He was going to take a piece of the blind with him and I told him I would have my handyman do it and he threw the piece on the counter. He left all of the wrapping from the other three on my couch, dust was everywhere where he drilled as well as fingerprints on the trim and wall. Horrible experience and can’t believe they have someone like him working for their company.

    They split my new cabinet trying to install a dishwasher. They haven’t done anything about it and my cabinet can’t take much more of the stress of an appliance being stable only on one side. Would never buy at ***** again if this is my only option for an installation.
    They wanted me to have the man that damage the cabinet repair it. So he is a jack of all trades?? He was more interested in his next job then ours that’s why this happened!

    Calen Crowder installed a dishwasher and a microwave. He did excellent work. I was very impressed with Calen's professionalism, as well as the quality of the work. He took pride in his work and did a nice job cleaning up after the jobs were finished.

    ***** scheduled them to come out and measure for blinds. On the scheduled date Crume called with one hour notice and said they would not make it. Thanks - a day lost waiting for you folks. Next they tried to reschedule for 11 more days out. ***** had said it would be likely be "same week." This is pushing it to three weeks and I've lost hope they will show up when they propose 11 days from now. So....I fired them. It's back to ***** for a different installer.
