    I'm glad I didn't get the runaround when I needed them to act. I called them because my air conditioning compressor failed. After confirmation by their rep, they got it replaced.

    Since I subscribed to Moto Assure, I've had peace of mind. They didn't disappoint me when I needed them. When I noticed some issues with my braking system, I took it to the dealership, and it required changing the brake pad and brake disk. Moto Assure approved my claim and paid for the repair.

    It wasn't so easy to reach them on the phone when the transmission of my 2014 Lexus GL failed, and when I did, they attended to my claim. They ended up paying for the transmission, but I still had an out-of-pocket payment to the tune of $1300.
