      Highland Location. Spent over $2500, between new tires and regular maintenance. If your car is hard to work on like mine (2018 ***** Civic EX-L) you may want to find another shop. Plan on several return trips and circular explanations if you bring your car ******** Tires: Returned for Poor Pressure sensor, alleges the tires sold by Levin are of different grade than other tire dealers (Costco)New Wheel due to bent rim: Returned for Poor Pressure sensor ***** B1234 Service: Had to ask for a quotation (3) times before finally addressed. Did not address item 3 per manufacturer recommendations, did not rotate tires, I am skeptical of the work done on other items and seeking second opinion. Returned to inquire about Transmission fluid service and the lack of a conversation.When asked, shop supervisor acknowledged he failed to bring up transmission fluid (service item 3 per ***** recommended maintenance). Circular explanation regarding my not having maintenance records from prior maintenance, said they do not like to open transmission fluid over ******* miles. Stated I would need to sign a waiver. Again, this is an item I would have preferred to discuss in any of the 3 phone calls regarding a quote OR prior to my spending $800+ on different service items (to which some were not completed)Promised (2) free oil changes during one of my many return trips, which I do not have the confidence they would fulfill, given tire rotations were not performed during last scheduled maintenance. Several hours of return visits, shattered trust, and lack of confidence in my vehicle is what I have come to expect from this business and I will not be returning. I caution those that care for their vehicle's safety, time and wallets against patronizing this business. Included Service / Free = We Won't Actually Do It To Your Car.

      Valparaiso Location - Picked my vehicle up yesterday, see that mistake below. This morning when I went out, I turned on my wipers and a socket slid down my wiper and landed just below the windshield. Reiterating NOT GOING THERE AGAIN!I had a leak in the power steering hose, we brought my vehicle to Levin and they replaced the power steering pump AND the serpentine belt. When we picked it up, there was a whole new sound coming from the engine. The following week we brought it back. They looked at it and said the noise was from the leak in the power steering hose, they replaced it. Picked it up and still making the same "new" noise. We were told that the sound was the new power steering pump and it had to "break in" and the noise would go away. Two separate opinions later and we're being told a tension pulley needs to be adjusted. When the replaced the serpentine belt, they knocked something out of alignment. We brought it up there for a third time and was told yet again, the pump was bad (LIE) and they replaced it (ANOTHER LIE), and the noise IS STILL THERE. I will no longer bring my vehicle to Levin for anything other than tires, and that's questionable. They lie and do questionable mechanical work. Now we have to go elsewhere to get the pulleys adjusted because Levin doesn't want to fix the problem. NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!

      I have responded to ******************* review on Yelp as well as our own website asking for information from her alternative opinions so we could review and have not heard anything from her. I also stated if we did something wrong we would make it right. If the customer will not provide us the information or visit one of our shops to make it right then I'm not sure what else we can do as we are trying to resolve the issues she is having.

      I wasn't aware that I needed to monitor my complaints on various social media platforms. I wasn't looking for free services simply a place to vent and warn others. ***, the manager, actually reached out and called me yesterday. He is/was very eager to fix whatever the problem may be. While I appreciate *** reaching out and apologizing, his offer to fix the vehicle is unfortunately declined. The faith and trust we had has been irreparably damaged. This matter is closed as far as my husband and I are concerned. We thank the BBB for their assistance and *** for his apology and willingness to correct the problem. No further action is required
