We sincerely apologize to ****** for the delay in communication and the frustration this situation has caused.
The customer placed an order on March 5, and we experienced a delay in responding due to a temporary but significant short-staffing issue within our small business while we had to work on resolving a few issues that came up and required immediate attention. This impacted our ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, and for that, we are truly sorry.
According to the **** tracking information (Tracking Number: **********************), the customers package was delivered on March 29, just two days after their complaint was submitted. While the order was successfully delivered, we completely understand and acknowledge the customers concern over the lack of communication leading up to that point.
We are actively working on improving our customer service processes so situations like this are avoided moving forward. We truly value each and every customer, and their experience matters deeply to us.

Order was placed on March 3, order was apparently filled March 4, received a shipping tracking number ********************** which shows shipping label was created but nothing ever shipped and tracking never updated. Numerous attempts to reach out to company after several weeks of waiting and no response from the company. Amount was fully debited out of my account on March 5. I made a purchase a month ago and paid for express shipping. They withdrew the money from my account but never sent my product. I ordered a prohormone stack from NutraStop March 2nd paid for priority mail and still havent received order. Its March 23rd 21 days after I ordered. We sincerely apologize to ***** for the lack of communication and for the concern caused by the shipping issue.
The customers order was part of a **** pickup batch on March 13, during which several packages were incorrectly scanned as delivered by the postal carrier at the time of pickup. We addressed this issue directly with our local postmaster, who assured us the affected packages would be delivered appropriately. Since then, **** confirmed that multiple customers impacted by this situation have now received their orders.
We reached out to the customer via text on April 7th at the number provided on their order, explaining the situation in detail and offering our sincere apologies. As a small business, **** recently faced some serious staffing shortages while also dealing with multiple unexpected logistical issuesincluding this **** delivery complication. This affected our ability to respond in a timely manner, and we take full responsibility for the delay in communication.
We want to assure the customer that we are here to help and are committed to ensuring they receive their order. If the issue has not yet been resolved, we are happy to provide a replacement shipment or work toward another appropriate resolution, as also stated in the text message.

I ordered a vitamin supplement through this online company nutrastop. I paid through an approved online merchant called Sezzle which is almost like ******. Its is on the Sezzle site and the nutrastop website so the website seems legit. Order was placed on march 12th for $68.22. It was odd the order said delivered the next day in ******* my address is in **************. I paid for first class **** shipping. I have called the company multiple times with no answer and left several voicemails. I have also left several emails as well as text messages with no responses. We sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience youve experienced. As a small business, we strive to provide excellent service, but we have recently faced some challenges in addition to short-staffing that have impacted our response times. We truly regret any delays in assisting you.
Your order was placed on March 6 and, according to **** tracking (**********************), was delivered on March 10. You reached out to us on March 13 regarding non-receipt, and we regret that our response was delayed. Our usual process in such cases is to assist in filing a **** claim and, if necessary, provide a replacement. However, by March 18, we received notice that you had already initiated a chargeback with your bank. Unfortunately, due to the timing, we did not have an opportunity to respond to the chargeback before it was resolved in the banks favor.
Because the chargeback decision has already been finalized, we are unable to issue a refund or take further action on our end. If you need any additional information to assist with your claim, we would be happy to provide it. Additionally, we want to clarify that we have never blocked any customers and remain open to resolving concerns!

I ordered a large order on Feb 19th, I received an email stating my order was shipped. It now over a week and *** says they are still waiting on the package. I have emailed this company numerous times for the past three day, I have called and text and i have yet to receive a response. I am now screwed out of a large order no way to get my money back and have yet to receive any items! That website needs to be shut down!
