    Registered my item day I received it.7/13/23. Head assembly was broke, when i opened it. ******( were item was purchased) said to contact skil( it has 3 year replacement warranty.* box ,all packaging(,new )warranty, reciept, attached in photos. Called skil many times, ( see pics notes of dates called, and response by skil. Finally they gave me an order # for the replacement owed to me. They said I would receive an email with the tracking # w/ in 2 business days .Several more weeks& calls, that I still haven't received tracking # or replacement ( they said they haven't shipped the order to date.) It has been one & a half months, 6 phone calls, and still no replacement. I also tried leaving a review of my situation on their site, and still know customer service response. This is suppose to have a 5 year warranty( which I registered for) and still over 6 weeks later & know replacement! I have a 5 year registered warranty , to date it has still not been fulfilled, as company states it will.Company states the product has a three year minimum warranty( 5 year warranty when registered online- which I registered the product for)Company is not fulfilling there advertised warranty or terms of warranty. Company terms, legal obligation is to provide a replacement of defective ***** I have fulfilled all my obligations under the terms of the warranty.( ************* agrees on). Almost 2mnths , still know replacement of ***** ********* has know answer why the owed replacement item has not been shipped.
