      I have given plasma 3 times and still have not received my card. Considering where they mail the card from and where I live, I should have received it two days after they sent it. It has been over a month and I still don't have it.

      I've been coming here for a handful of times now, and all I can say is yes, the staff are polite and respectful, but that's not why I gave the low rating! This Biolife is a joke of a business! They legit have you / force you to schedule a non-existent appointment. I say non-existent due to they do not honor any appointment! It is a waste of your time! They do not respect your time nor your comments about how they have 6 computers and two staff running them along with assisting a front desk spot so you wait longer than anyone should have to! I planned on donating more overtime and decided to walk away as they do not value your time as a donor! If you make an appointment, you all should honor it, not make someone wait an extra 3 hours! I had an appointment for 8:40am and showed up at 8:15am, and of course, the computer forces you to wait until 8:30 to actually sign in for your appointment time. Once done, you are forced to wait in line for an hour with, like I said, 2 staff to check people in and take vitals! Utter joke! Then, after vitals, you wait in another line to actually donate... If my appointment is at 8:40am, it should be honored like everyone else's other do. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE AND STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME I find it very disrespectful and unprofessional to legit force anyone to make an appointment that is 110% not honored as everyone in line said they to were ****** and weren't donating anymore after the consistency of bs that no appointment is honored! You all want plasma so bad but can't even keep an appointment, let alone have enough staff to check anyone in and take plasma! Not worth a promotion nor 50 to 60 bucks per donation thereafter!

      As a new donor, my experience was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. They explained what they were doing throughout the process and answered all my questions. I ended up having a bad reaction at the end of my donation. Response was quick and effective - despite feeling embarrassed, they all were kind, pleasant, and professional, quick to reassure me that everything would be fine, just as it was. Thank you!

      This center false advised the payment information as well there staff can't find proper veins to collect from. I was double stuck 6 out of 8 times I went to donate. I also scheduled appointments with a pay quote for the donation. Just for it to change when I actually donated.

      I'm literally at bio life in del city ******** and they have been waiting for over 2 hours for a Physical and the nurse has been skipping over me and taking other people who came in after me.. they always do this till time constraints make me have to leave. This is my 4th attempt to donate here.

      I was deferred from a center regarding a personal issue I had with management. In which they addressed it in the treatment floor. I have been trying to contact someone above her and all the website has is some message you can leave and someone will get back to you. I am still waiting on a response from the company.

      Shocked this disorganized place is allowed to function as a medical facility. ******* once, made second appointment, drove 40 minutes to make another donation, waited 30 minutes to be told they decided they couldn't accept the document proving my ssn, which they previously accepted. When asked why I was allowed to book the appointment, and there was no notice of issue in the app, was told they didn't have the ability to do that. Place is a disorganized joke.

      While donating I was asked by (then pressured) by one of the plasma center technicians, ******** to use a arm for donation I expressed discomfort in using. The result was an additional, and unwanted puncture site that could have been avoided if the donors request relating to their own body took precedent over what made staff's job less taxing. While it is understandable that alternate veins are needed at times to complete donations successfully, it is something entirely different to pressure a donor into doing so solely to avoid a minimal amount of effort.

      Biolife is awful and my location is no exception. BioLife pays less than all other plasma places in the ************** and they are always massively understaffed so expect to take hours. My location is so bad that someone recently smashed the windows because they weren't able to donate due to long wait. That should tell you something about how awful this location is. Go to CSL, Grifols, or Octa. They all pay better, are better staffed, and more professional.
