  This company extorts money not any different from the government. I own a or should I say owned a 2022boom vader. It was stolen from my driveway, I reported it stolen to the police. About a month goes by and they find it witch lead to a chase from Southside of ********** ****. Ended in a crash of ******. The police had this company to recover it. And they're charging me to get my stolen property back. Then dude had the audacity to say do we look like a lost and found. No you are recovery you are called upon to recover my stolen property. They still have it because I am not paying them to get my stolen property. So i consider it stolen still. If you unfortunately have your property towed by this company they will milk you like you are their personal cow. They deserve negative stars but I'm sure I have to give them a positive feedback they get 1 star but it really means negative **** stars

  As stated in the complaint, Crow Tow was called to recover and store the vehicle. There is cost associated with this service and the responsibility for that cost belongs to the owner of the vehicle. It could be covered by insurance if the vehicle is insured but if not, it is an out of pocket expense due from the owner of the vehicle. Crow Tow is a business and its employees cannot be expected to perform its work for free. It is unfortunate that the complainant here appears committed to refusing to understand this basic principle. Crow Tow at all times has acted in a responsible and professional manner and considers this a closed matter.

  Why cant I leave zero or negative stars? Parked my rental car in parking lot of *********** because I was moving my son into his apartment. Crow towed us because we didnt have a permit even though he was moving in!

  *********, the complex has a designated loading zone that you did not utilize. Parking is a paid amenity in that lot and you were taking something the others had paid for. As such your vehicle had to be impounded to ensure the proper use of the property for paying customers. Crow Tow understands that having an vehicle impounded can be frustrating and inconvenient but it is the unfortunate consequence of your own actions and ignoring posted signage giving you advanced warning. Crow Tow also opened up the office after hours (we closed at 4 and released to you at almost 9 pm) to help you minimize your inconvenience and it is unfortunate that such goodwill is now met with this disdain. At all times, Crow Tow performed it's job accurately and professionally and this review is just an unfortunate attempt to punish a company for doing it's job instead of taking responsibility for the consequences of the complainant's own actions.

  Very unprofessional. Towed my vehicle from the residencies at river view. The parking pass was where it always was on the dash. Called at 8:30 pm only to get the switchboard operator who told me that I would have to wait until the next morning to get my car. The pass was definitely there. They are a racket with terrible reviews

  Unfortunately for the complainant, he did make a mistake and did not display a parking pass. This was a completely straight forward tow well documented with photos of the vehicle without a displayed pass before towing as well as body cam footage documenting the tow as well. The private property in question has asked Crow Tow to assist with making sure there is adequate parking available for paying tenants and to identify those tenants a displayed pass is required to park the vehicle there. Crow Tow provides vehicle redemption hours 365 days a year and *********** was able to redeem his vehicle the next morning without incident and made no claims of a displayed pass while doing so. It is unfortunate that instead of taking personal responsibility for his mistake he has made this claim across several review platforms despite proof of the contrary.

  If I could give them zero stars I would.
  Predatory business practices.
  The lot has a temp sign stating parking for the business we were in. 45 min later our car was gone. They won’t release it, told us to get an Uber. Rude.
  Would not use them if I was broken down on the side of the road and you know they would not arrive for hours.
  They also will only take cash… sign of a shady business.

  A search of our records does not show a ***************************** as a customer. The description of the event/lot does not sound like something we are familiar with but if a vehicle description and date of tow were provided we would by happy to look in to the circumstances and clarify. Our average response time to roadside requests is under 30 minutes and our hand was was forced to only take cash by fraudulent chargebacks. All above board and very reasonable if you actually ask for an explanation.

  Crow Tow with out warning pulled my trunk sideways to be able to hook up to my truck. There are witnesses and a video response from the place I was parked at. I also had permission to park in their parking lot.

  They towed my car from my apartment complex while it was on with the lift gate up. Then they gave me attitude after they towed my car and wouldn’t let me get it off the truck. They only take cash and they won’t reason with you at all.

  They are idiots & very rude, and out for the $$. They towed my car, then they acted like they didn't know where my car was. I had to point it out.

  They need to retrain there drivers to not drive around flipping traffic lights and speed around 47 through intecections
