I would like to file a formal complaint against T&M **************************** regarding their unprofessional conduct and poor service quality. Despite multiple service calls for emergency HVAC issues following the installation through a subcontract with ***************** Builders, the problems persist, and the system remains faulty.The owner of the company has displayed extreme rudeness and a lack of accountability, advising me to contact another HVAC company during a warranty-covered service call. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects a disregard for customer satisfaction and service standards.I have been forced to seek assistance from another HVAC provider due to the ongoing issues and the unprofessionalism exhibited by T&M ****************************. As a customer, I feel that collective action might be necessary to address these concerns and hold the company accountable for their actions.I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that customers are not subjected to such treatment and service quality in the future.
