    Sent a Christmas wreath that was about 10 inches big and looks nothing like the one I ordered

    Clayflame is a company that shows an address in Georgia but the product I received came from China. Clearly they're scamming people and this needs to stop. I received smashed small ugly wreaths and I've reach out to customer service daily and they don't want to offer a full refund trying to offer me 31% and now telling me to send the product back to China. Sending the product back to China will cost me more than I paid for the product I'm sure and reading other reviews I probably won't get my money back from these scammers if I send the product back to China this is ridiculous. I'm adding pictures of the wreaths I received and the false advertisement pictures.

    ********** ordered a wreath for $59. Wreath was delayed in shipping, however the wreath I received was not as pictured nor were the dimensions correct. I have emailed the company multiple times requesting a refund or replacement for the correct item. All they are offering is a small refund of 10-20% and keep item or send item to China for a 22% refund. This is not acceptable. I am also filing a dispute with my credit card company. This company is a scam!
    It is less than half of the size and the truck is wood, not metal

    I ordered over $100 worth of items. The items came broken and not as described.
    When I request a refund they stated they would only give me 12% refund. Even though their website states 100% refund.
    They do don't return any emails.
    They also use copyrighted image of ****** ******* image on their website.
    They need to be stopped

    I placed an order for some faux flowers on Aug. ** and paid $54.00. I never received anything. There was a tracking number but when it arrived in the US the tracking number says it was "out for delivery" then the next day it said "return to sender" I called the **** and that wasn't even a legit tracking number and they never tried to deliver a package that day and didn't have any to deliver. I keep trying to email (they don't have a phone #) them to ask for a different tracking number and a refund. I keep getting the same generated response 20 times. It's a joke. On my credit card transaction they went under the name Goodpurchase.

    Purchased a large wreath on Aug. *** 2022, from the Clayflame website for 59.99. The web picture showed a large full harvest type wreath.
    Checked to see the USA and Georgia location so felt ok to purchase as they had many other products as well.
    After 2weeks, contacted them and they said it's shipping from China and to be patient.
    Product arrived on Sept ** 2022. I have been scammed and fraud And I want a refund plus to report this business so it doesn't happen to others.
    A very small 8 Inch small cheep dollar store wreath arrived.
