      I live in the **************. I discovered AKA from a computer search.They came in a timely manner, was very courteous. I did not sign immediately because I had other bidders coming. ********* left me liability insurance documentation, his card and a contract. After talking to 3 other companies I called Nate. We altered the contract on the phone. I initialed, signed, took pic and text to ******************** was on schedule within a week.**** arrived as scheduled and got to work. ******* and his crew were professional, very respectful, courteous, they aimed to please. And please they did. When I had a question ******* always had time to answer and explain. My trees look terrific.I am most pleased with the job and have already given the contact info to a neighbor.

      Not happy with this service! I was told they give free estimates. When they come out they will tell you the price and then make you sign what you think is an estimate. It's really a contract and if you try to cancel or reschedule they charge 30% of the job. I was not informed of teh proposal and was lied too. I will not pay teh cancellation fee either!

      Great experience. Quick response to tough problem. I was impressed by their competence, problem-solving, and safety for this homeowner AND the ****. Courteous and openly communicated well.I will use them again and refer to friends and homeowners in the neighborhood I work with (********* in ******************,**.). I am a semi-retired arborist (ISA# ****A) and I do mostly volunteer work now, especially with my neighborhood of 450 homes.They showed up early and soon after evaluating my problem with a huge oak tree on my property. They worked quickly, safely, and finished in an amazingly short time. They cleaned up well and follwed up with me later to determine that all was well.They will be my go-to group for my large property with many huge trees and other problems in the future.Thank you ADA **** and arborists!*********************

      The *** Staff from the Sales Representative ********************* to the crew that responded to my home to remove the tree were professional and timely.The overall experience from *** Tree Service was great. I would refer them to my friends and family in the future.

      The crew who arrived today was outstanding! *************************, who came out originally returned with the crew to be certain all was handled correctly! They did even more than I expected and helped my newborn while they were here! Many thanks! ******

      I have been using AKA for several years to remove large pines near and close to the house. AKA teams have always been professional in cutting and cleaning up. They are will not finish until your satisfaction. Have recommended AKA to neighbors which have used AKA with great results. Several more trees to be cut and will use AKA again.
