5 stars***** and his staff were professional and proficient. ***** as the lead came out and helped the staff with my request. Great staff.

1 starAKA Tree Services LLC is literally the worst experience I've ever had as far as tree service.I hope this will help others look into their reviews. Worked with ****** for 3 weeks telling me the next day it wasn't raining he would put me on the morning schedule still 3 weeks later and 20 trees about 9 days of no rain still not on schedule He also constantly told me if it rained,which was the only time he could seem to get me on the schedule, they would be using a bobcat that would rip up,leave bumps, and ruin my lawn! For 3 weeks left 2 fallen trees in the bid in my neighbors yard. I told ****** about how they were texting me very annoyed,and finally my neighbors cut the tree up themselves! I waited because we had a contract.I finally reached out to attorney,that told me to take them to small claims court with texts back and forth,call record,and neighbors as proof of stress. I even told ****** 2 of the 20 8ft tall red tips were old and falling especially getting saturated from when it did rain,and potentially falling into my neighbors home! They didn't care.If they did they had plenty of chances on sunny days to take care of this situation but did not! I am suing them for this behavior. You can't just do this to people. They took this job but did not ***** the commitment. I also asked if it was the pricing that was off,they said no. I recieved 3 more bids all about the same price. Nobody couldn't believe my patience. Stressed is not a strong enough word for how they have made me feel! This is a warning!AKA Tree Service LLC

5 starsMy experience with AKA Tree Service was pleasant and without any complaints. From my first contact with ******** Strong until completion of my work I was treated with respect. Any and all questions were addressed and answered and my free assessment and proposed work proposal was quick and efficient with absolutely no pressure.....very professional. The day the work was done began with prompt arrival of complete work crew, job completed ahead of estimated time, cleanup was amazing and great care was taken with the surrounding lawn, shrubbery and my home. 5 starsGreat tree service company. The *** Tree Services team arrived on time. Their trucks and equipment were well marked and clean. The 4 team members were extremely friendly and professional. The location of our tree prevented the use of a mechanical lift. They used ropes and climbed the trees. They were amazing to watch. They pruned our trees just as requested and cleaned up when they were done. Except for the trees being pruned, you wouldn't know they had been there. 5 starsThe crew was great. Slipped us in for an emergency, Brought down tree without incident, cleaned up the area. Excellent job!
