    The company and I had been back & forth in contact from ************** to get a quote and to talk about the things I needed cleaned in my new apartment. The owner and I agreed on a price set at $235 for everything. I gave her my credit card information and we had deal. The cleaning crew came over ********** I received a call from Tamara (the owner) as soon as the crew got there saying it would be a total of $350 - $400 for the cleaning that I desired. I declined to pay anymore because that was not the amount we agreed on previously to have the cleaning done. She hiked up the price claiming the place was "covered" in dirt. I had explained to her before they even got there, the condition the apartment was in, she was the one who set the price at $235. My apartment was to be cleaned to the degree the owner & I agreed on. They did a fraction of what we had talked about.. I would say less than half. They swept and mopped the floors, dusted a little and maybe wiped down the bathroom and kitchen. There were still roach droppings in all the cabinets. The bathroom still smelled and looked like they had just wiped the counter with a ****** wipe. All fan blades, window seals still had caked dust on them. These are all things we agreed that they would do for the amount of $235, but they didn't. I told her I was dissatisfied with the half-done-job, and she told me I "okayed" everything by declining to pay more and that there was "nothing more to say". I had asked her to reimburse me half the amount I paid and she declined. I asked her to come back and make it right, she never responded. There is a quote on one of their emails saying "WE OFFER A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED FOR ANY REASON, WE'LL COME BACK AND MAKE IT RIGHT. I have pictures, emails, and text messages of the entire conversations between the owner and I. She recorded all conversations on the phone between us. The company also took before and after pictures. They will show in my favor.

    I confirmed an interview for 10AM today with this company, I asked a couple of follow up question (what time are the shifts? Etc.), I got a few replies, no reply to the last one. I assumed she was just busy as our interview time had already been confirmed. I showed up to the office on time to find all the lights off and the door locked. When I called the number I spoke to over text she said I "asked too many questions" and so she "decided not to interview me.". I told her that was unprofessional to waste my time and she hung up on me. Completely disrespectful staff, would not recommend.
