            Moved from out of town and bought a home in *******. Called the first sprinkler company in the phone book. The owner (Mr. Chester Wilson) came out to fix my sprinkler system and gave me a year warranty if I have any issues and said he would come back to my home when my son came into town to show him how to thoroughly operate the system since he was going to be living there. After about 2 weeks my son came into town and I noticed some of the sprinklers were not operating to full capacity so I called for a courtesy visit to check out the system. To this day one month later after several phone calls and text I have received no response. Not sure what type of warranty I have if the individual repair technician won't return to check out the issue and give a tutorial. The work seemed to be performed pretty well but once the payment has been made the customer service to return and assist with issues is lacking.

            Chester Wilson was able to get my irrigation system running, however, I am not sure if the issue was fixed. He did not show me how to run my system and he never gave me a price for repair until I was given the bill which was $2135.00! I paid but he became very rude when I refused to pay an additional $200 for the previous day he was trying to figure out how to resolve the irrigation problem. The job should be based on the completed job. I will never hire or have Chester Wilson to my home again. If he shows up at my property, I will call the police. Avoid this company at all costs. And Chester…my house has cameras on every corner and on the gates. The scene you made on 7/3 is all on film!
