            HI, MY NAME IS ***** ******, I WENT TO APPLECROSS APARTMENT GAVE THEM THE REQUIRED MONIES ON ****** 2021 FOR FIRST MONTHS RENT AND APP FEE TO HOLD MY APARTMENT, I WAS GIVEN 4 DIFFERENT DATES FOR ME TO MOVE IN FIRST WAS AUGUST**** WHICH I DECLINED BECAUSE I HAD****** THAT WEEKEND, I WAS THEN GIVEN AUGUST** 2021. I CALLED TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS A GO BECAUSE I STILL NEEDED TO SIGN FOR A LEASE SO I CAN GET THE POWER AND WIFI, ECT IN MY NAME, THEY TOLD ME AT THAT TIME AUGUST***** 2021, I TOLD THEM THAT WAS FINE. I CALLED FOR A WEEK WITH NO ANSWER SO I GO UP THERE AND THERE IS NEW MANAGERS SEEING OVER THE PROPERTY, I EXPLAINED TO THEM EVERY THING, AND MS ADEANA ASURED ME ILL BE IN BY SEPT **** 2021, SO I CALLED AGAIN NEW MANAGEMENT STILL WAITING TO SIGN A LEAS AND I WAS TOLD THEY DONT KNOW WHEN ILL BE ABLE TO MOVE IN SO I LET THEM ID BE LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY AND I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK. I GAVE IT 2 MORE WEEKS TO GET A RESOLUTION OF EITHER AND WAS TOLD I CAN'T GET EITHER.

            This place is a total rip off, I applied for an apartment back in May and we were approved. We wrote out a money order (May 24) for half the deposit because we were told the apartment would be ready July 7, July 7th came the apartment is not ready give it another week or two. Time came still not ready but she referred us to a place in Thompson. Thompson was too far for me to move and then referred us on a property on Ellis St. (Not satisfied) we came to the conclusion of wanting a refund. The lady at the office said she would email the manager who is in Florida, weeks of back and forward with the manager the lady at the front office was on the verge of quitting she implied that she don't want to do his dirty work. My mom and I been living in a hotel since May and now it's August.
