What I am reading in these reviews is actually what Im going through right now.I informed them that I was going to pay the load off and they repoed my van about 2-3 days laterCslled endless times about that matter and was informed that whom ever I spoke with was misinforming mefast forward to this day in time my van has been sold in March of 2023. The van sold for 20k I only owed 4k and they hit me with an interest payment of 5.8k(how I owe more in interest than the actual payment is beyond meSo now theyre telling I have to wait another 120 days to get my remaining balance(which is absolutely absurd).Fed Ex ships worldwide and they can still get theyre package in 3 days. These people are straight up advantage takers DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LOAN MAX!!!!And Im still fighting to get my money from them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got a title loan. With NO intentions of EVER being late. Literally 2 weeks after I got it my husbands health went down hill. Afib, Cancer, neck fusions and others. I stated in contact with them through their text service but could hardly ever get a response back. We had an ice storm hit one day (lasted a few ***** *** had a lady call me from *************. I advised the lady that I was planning on paying it off at the end of Feb. I got a message back stating that I would have to pay the interest I was behind on & that they would hold my account until 2/24. This whole time Im getting messages about paying $700 & they renew my agreement.Great. So I ended up getting some money & advised them I would be in on 2/27. When the company kept calling, I advised them of this & was told it was a mistake Can you guess what happened on the night before (2/26) around 945/10p? My car was REPOD. So instead of it costing me $700 it cost me $4000!!!!

We are sorry that ************** is upset; however, the terms, conditions and cost of the company's product are clearly disclosed in large, bold print at the top of its contract. Nonetheless, the company is a customer focused business and would be happy to try and resolve ****************** grievance. With that said, if he would like to discuss this matter and a resolution, ************** should call the company's Assistant General Counsel, ******* at ************ by January 13, 2023.

So my husband lost his job and we were not able to pay the loan back. We spoke to them several times which they told us the would hold the truck for so long.. Before that time would come they sold it in August 22, 2022. We just got a letter regarding this on 10/21/2022. It has been 12 weeks since it has been sold and when we called to see about the payment (because it was sold for almost ***** more what we borrowed) we are just getting the run around. Nobody can help and right now we are in need of this money that is owed to us. We have called and called and today when we called they told us that the check has no even been cut. I am sorry but the sell was in *****, I borrowed the money in ***** so i should be able to deal with someone from here in *****... Instead i am dealing with someone from GA that doesnt know anything or cant even help... ************ is holding on to money owed to me and i consider that theft... If i dont hear from anyone by end of week. I am filing a theft report with the cops! I am tired of people taking advantage and want what is owed to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is a joke! My vehicle was repossessed thanks to Covid. My truck was sold in April they sent me a letter saying it be 120 to get the remaining balance of ***** . What the h*** is taking so long? From the reviews this is happening to a lot of ppl. I also know the auction payed title company asap. I know how it works. No **** reason one should have to wait this long!! Looks like next step is a lawyer! Could be a class action who knows.
