    Company agreed to remove a 100 foot tall 26 inch diameter tree from backyard. Terms were use of crane due to limited space to operate, no fence removal and no trespass on neighbors yard. When they arrived at 0800 on the 15 of July, The price was 9000 dollars and when I told them too high, they lowered the price to 4500 dollars. The crew was asked where the crane was and they replied the crane was in ************** and would not be used. Then they said they were going to remove the fence panel and drop the tree in pieces . Impossible to do in the limited space available. While we were discussing the failure to provide the services agreed on, the cut down mu 6 foot Japanese Maple tree and removed my oriental fence surrounding the tree area.When it was clear they violated the contract and also did not have a city of ************ Permit to remove the tree, they packed up and departed.. Left me with reinstalling the ornamental fence and discarding my maple tree. I asked for my deposit of 500 dollars back, the lead on the job said youre not getting it back. I called the main office and they told me they didnt need my job, they have more than enough work and I would not get a refund and hung up on me.

    Business cane to my house to give estimate June 20. Gave a. Estimate of ******* w a ****** deposit. Left and said would be in contact. Called July 1 and requested a job completion date. Told to send a copy of receipt. No reply back. Sent text July 2, requesting a completion date and again no reply back on July 2 or July 3rd

    Date of service June 10, 2025 i paid a deposit of $850.00 dollars the tree company came and took down two trees with a promise to return in two days to remove the remaining tree stumps from my backyard, its now two weeks and they have yet to come back and finish the job that i paid them for, i have tried to call and even text them and no return calls from them i left many voicemail messages and no one have responded to my phone calls or texts, they were paid in full and no one has answered my many calls, please help i am a senior citizen and a handicapped, thank you, ****** ************,

    I hired *********************************************** Tree Services to remove some trees in the back of my house. I thought I was getting a great price for having some small trees removed, a larger tree that was across our creek and some debris removed. I will say that the crew that was here were some of the hardest working men I have ever seen! While doing the work, a smaller tree that was dead must have been knocked and fell over back across the creek. Since my original plan was to remove the tree from the creek, I called to ask the price for now moving this smaller tree. I was told by ******** that the price would be $1600 (keep in mind this tree was not even the size of the original) and they were here at the time it occurred. That is 2/3rds the price of the entire job. It seems to me they would try to do the right thing without looking to increase the job by 73% for a situation that occurred while they were working on my property.

    These guys told me they where coming in a week we'll me and my wife wasn't home they came to my house on a Sunday when they told me they be at my house in a week I didn't know they was on my property til my back neighbor text me to tell me so I got home I spoke to the owner because a tree branch feel and knocked my power box off my house which I went without power for 3 days after he said he was go fix had to call a eletrican they said it would be ****** dollars to fix well I never heard from this company again they blocked me and my wife numbers and all I don't think they don't have buisness insurance at all cause if they did why they couldn't fix the damages then they lied and said they where coming back and they didn't never heard from them again lucky my wife uncle knew a eletrican and he only charge us a couple of 100s bucks they left my yard in a mess I had to pay another company to finish the job

    The Cheap and Great Tree Services came to our home at 4:40 pm, 2/28/25. The total amount paid to the company was $3300 for the removal of 18 trees. The company stated that all the trees would be cut down very low to the ground. We were asked to mark all the trees to be removed. My dispute is that one tree was missed and several trees were not cut down to the ground and most of the cut trees were left on the ground in the buffer area. The cut trees should have been hauled away or ground into mulch. This is a terrible eyesore for us and the church behind us. The business has not tried to resolve the issue. On 3/5/25 I spoke with ********. I was told to send pictures of my concern and the invoice which I did. He assured me that this matter would be taken care of. I have called again and sent a text and no one has responded.
