5 starsDoug W. was clear and concise. He went though each phase step by step with me and asked at each stage if I understood the process or had any questions. He answered my questions clearly and used examples of situations to explain things in terms I could understand. I felt very comfortable talking to him and he gives you the impression that he is right there in the room with you ! In this day and age it is at times a rare pleasure to have that human element involved in distance business situations. Very easy to understand and she answered all our questions with complete detail and without hesitation. 5 starsTHE AGENT WAS AN EXCELLENT SOURCE ON REVERSE MORTAGES. EVEN AFTER READING SEVERAL BATCHES OF INFORMATION SENT TO US FROM THE LENDER AND HUD, HE CLEARED UP QUESTIONS. EVEN SOME THE LOAN AGENT COULD NOT ANSWER CONCERNING TAXES, HE ANSWERED. WAS KNOWLEADGABLE AND WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. DEBT HELPER WAS ACTUALLY EASY TO CONTACT AND WE WERE HELPED RIGHT AWAY, NOT PUT ON HOLD TO 'WAIT FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE AGENT',Debthelper.com
