5 stars**** was very helpful and helped us understand some of the complicated aspects of a reverse mortgage. Without his help we would not have been able to understand just what we were looking at. We now feel we understand what we are getting into with a reverse mortgage. He answered all our questions with clarity and was very easy to talk to.

5 starsThe interview started exactly on time. Doug was very knowledgeable regarding the content of the Reverse Mortgage Analysis. He aided me in understanding some of the calculations that I was initially unaware existed. He was very easy to talk to and on occasion we broke away from the initial content, which made the interview so much more comfortable.Debthelper.com

5 starsI had a review with one of the Debthelper counselors today (Mr. Alexander B.) about the reverse mortgage process and how the loan operates. It was both a pleasant experience and informative in all aspects. The most pleasing part of the sesson was that Mr. B. professionally allowed me to interject questions and concerns about the reverse mortgage processews, limits and obligations as I had questions rather than lecture to be with instructions to hold my questions until he had completed a presentation or mini-lecture. Most important, he listened to my questions and situations as evidenced by his follow-up comments and answers to my concerns or mis-understanding. Very refreshing. Especially in comparison to customer service call centers personnel who only give canned responsies not relevant to a caller's questions and issues and/or make no effort to transfer to the call to someone who can assist the caller in responding to the issues triggering the call in the first place.. ****** **Debthelper.com
