5 starsMy counselor ***** was great. He explained things to me while I followed along. Gave me his phone numbers and email if i should have any future questions. ***** was professional, polite and very respectful! He explained the good things and the bad things. While being very pleasant and friendly he moved quickly through all items that needed to be discussed and allowed plenty of time for questions and answers along the way. 5 stars***** was my Representative she was Amazing she was patient with me and ***** listened to all my financial concerns and she helped me find solutions. ***** is Professional compassionate and very kind she is intelligent her communication skills regarding to Debt Helper Program was Outstanding . ***** came up with some great solutions to my financial problems and I didnt think I was going to find anyone to help me with my credit cards debts . 5 starsMy reverse loan counseling session was with *****. He was very polite, organized and knowledgeable about the loan process and what I could expect both in present and future steps. He told me precisely what I could expect from the loan as well as any pitfalls that *** occur if certain steps were not followed by me, the borrower.It was particularly important to me that the loan counseling company was independent of the mortgage lending company. I think every new homeowner would benefit from this type of counseling.Debthelper.com
