      Stay away from these unskilled hacks!I helped a friend replace a 20 section of water main that was haphazardly pulled up, bent in multiple places and broken in his front yard during an $8k+ drain-field upgrade. The water meter had to be repositioned and the meter box was crushed. Under no circumstance should this person be operating an excavator! Irresponsible, incompetent and dangerous! The contract names ******* as the tech above the bold print stating, not responsible for main waterlines. Whatever! This does not absolve you from having the required skills and knowledge necessary to accomplish this task without such extensive property damage. So you shut the water off.. surprised you figured out how to do that and wow, you found the meter! Little late huh?! Proceeded to bury the mangled broken water main along with all of your other debris and very poorly pushed dirt and debris around the yard to cover it all up to complete and bailed on this hack-job. I couldve taught my dog how to locate this water main! If you really did anything, Im hoping any new drain lines had proper fall and that the sewage doesnt back up into the house. If your business is legitimate, stick to your **** hose jobs and stay off of the excavator! Buyer beware!

      Had this company do a ***** septic system install and they pulled a fast one and DID NOT clean out our septic tank. Ive inquired with other companies and they state when they do these jobs septic tank pump out is INCLUDED in the ****** This outfit is just out to make a quick buck and scam people making you pay another $300 to get the tank pumped out. When talking with the owner he was so rude about it. Just because your in a ****** business does not mean you have to treat people like shit!

      Very upset with this company. They were to Pump, Flag and Certify my septic tank. The young driver was polite and seemed to know what his job but was not prepared. I don't think he was told by his office what to do, that was how he acted. He said he was out of flags? so I asked him to please mark the out line of the tank which he did. When he gave me the bill it was 10.00 more then what Quoted, not a big deal at the time. I asked him about the certification, he stated that he wrote it under the description and that would take care of it. When it was refused by the county, my contractor call the office spoke with Anthony, he was told that the 375 was only a pump out fee so I must not of requested a certification and would need to pay additional 125 for it. I have left several messages with them without receiving a call back. I was not up set until I didn't get any response....what a poor way to treat a customer. I should have look at bad reviews this company has. I called another company and they took care of me.
