  I sent them request for auto debit when I bought property in June 2023. They did not take out HOA dues until December 2023. They have yet to take out back HOA dues, even though I call them every week and write. The president of Paloma Lakes refused to allow me to rent place until back dues are paid. I beg **** ***** to take whatever it is out of my bank account, but they do not. This is worthless, incompetent business if you can call it that.

  Horrible , no communication ,At least 3 months behind on financial statements since last year ! If I could give them a 0 ??Or a minus star that would best rate this company .No returned phone calls,or emails EVER! Dont get involved with this company .

  By phone call, few of representatives: *****, ********, *********, ***********, all of they, with the same speech! I am requesting our Annual Finances Report from ******************************** December/23 ( not completed ). They accused the *** BOD for dont send all informations to have the report done. I am requesting also, the monthly finance reports, they keep saying just have done till Mai/23 ( no disclosures the reason for so long delayed ). We are today in Jan/24, the board changed the Accounting to Juda in November/22. Until Dec/23, they still not figured out about few owners credits from ****** Accounting, have many miss understanding about balances! Finally, I got the directly email from the partner, ***** Eskew, no answers since 12/22/23. The waiting time for the customer service representative, to take care of receptionist transferred calls is never less than 30 minutes. They do not receive any Association Owner to discuss any situation! After all facts, I would rate 0 star! How can someone, trust in Juda, Eskew and Associates Group? ***** Eskew and *************************

  This is a horrible company to deal with, especially for an accounting firm. They do not answer their phones, you cant go in person unless you have an appointment and then they dont want you in their office anyway. Theyll deal with you in the hallway at the podium outside the front double glass doors to their suite. They lose payments that are hand delivered to them. They have the smallest mailbox attached to the side of the podium that is located outside their double glass doors. They dont clean out that mailbox often enough because envelopes when they overflow land on the floor. I had to resort to filming myself when I dropped off my monthly payment in the mailbox outside their glass front doors. This was just to cover my behind when they lost the payments. Every excuse in the book to not be accountable for their own actions and business practices. Disappointing to know that an accounting firm has this type of business practice. They are unprofessional at best.

  Juda, Eskew & Associates, PA, ********************************** STE #PH, 1, **********, **. 33324.This company is not a good company to do business with. It appears that this in company is not organized and manage property. Also, the way in which they are managing this company, shows that they are steal from homeowners. In 2022, I paid my HOA payment for January 2022 and three months later, this company sent me a letter requesting that I mail in my payment with a late fee. I contacted my bank and was told that this company was paid the money. My bank further send me a copy of the front and back of the check which showed that the money was paid to this company. I forwarded the copy of the check, front and back which plainly showed that the check was endorsed, cleared and an endorsement ID number for the company on the check. This company refused to credit my account and a customer service representative LB at this company stated to me that the check was returned to my bank and I need to mail in the payment with the late fee.Subsequently, in 2023 they sent me another letter requesting payment and late fee. I contacted this company again in regards to my payment and reminded them of the copy of the check, front and back I have sent them in 2022. Another customer service representative, B. Requested a letter from my bank with information stating the payment was made to them. I obtained the letter and sent it to them. When this company received the letter from the bank they claimed that it was an error by their bank. So you see, now I sent the letter to them from my bank, they couldnt say the check was returned to my bank, but instead they claimed that their bank made the error.JUDA, ESKEW & ASSOCIATES, PA. IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND THIS COMPANY APPEARS TO BE COLLECTING EXTRA MONEY FROM HOMEOWNERS. THIS COMPANY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE BROWARD COUNTY BUSINESS BUREAU.
