    Vehicle was repossed all personal affects were remive by action towing. $300 dollar headphones (blue beats) were not returned when I went to recover my property.

    I experienced a breach of peace during an involuntary of my car that I protested on 9/18/24 after 9pm. Breach of peace during a repossession is against the law in ******* especially when it occurs on private property and causes a public disturbance. I heard my car alarm going off loudly and saw a man forcibly breaking into my drivers side door with an inflatable device. My neighborhood is gated and has quiet hours after 9pm where no loud noise is permitted whatsoever or we are fined $100. They caused a major disturbance when they refused to leave and blocked. Cars as far as my front entrance gate. Several people yelled at them, arguing and told them that they could not be here its private property. To leave and see if there was something we could work out. Several neighbors asked them to move and they would not move. I sat in the car and politely advised that I did not agree to the repossession because I had already made arrangements with the bank to pay them on Thursday (9/19) Notes were added to my account with ******************** 48 hours prior as arrangement; and I calmly objected to the repossession. They put a bar on my car took the plate off and raised it in spite of my verbal objections while sitting in my car searching my phone for answers. While I was sitting in the car they raised the car on their tow bar while the neighbors continued arguing with them causing a major disturbance in my community. Because they were blocking traffic from our gated entrance preventing cars from entering and leaving the neighborhood. Two neighbors informed that this was private property and asked them to either move or leave. They refused. The incident is documented on my neighborhood surveillance cameras as well as by several witnesses whose cars were blocked by the truck from entry into the neighborhood; coupled with public embarrassment. There were several witnesses present to confirm the breach of peace that occurred during this involuntary and objected repossession.

    Due to consumer laws placed on us by the federal government. It would not be in our best interest to acknowledge the complaint and any interactions with said consumer. I can advise that repossession activities can transpire at any hour of the night. If her community has a noise curfew we would know nothing about that. We hope that she finds resolutions with whatever issue she is alleging. However, based on the info provided with the complaint, I do not see where any laws were violated.

    Action Towing and and Recovery towed my vehicle to their ***** facility on October 28th, on November 3rd they returned my personal properity in a black garbage bag with my personal properity except my Black wallet which includies my Military ID Card, Passport ID Card and several Credit Cards. I call on November 6th and talk to ***** explaining what was missing he told me he'll look into it and call me back he never did, I called back on November 9th and talked to a woman who was very disrectfull and nasty she repersented the company in a deplorable way. She also stated that it was not on the inventory which I did not recived when ****** for the inventory she then hanged up the phone on my. Due to identy thief I am force to filed a police report. I am respectfully asking for my belongins to be return to me .

    My daughter car was repossessed. She paid the money and the financial company released her vehicle. When she (*****************************) called to get her vehicle; they told her 10:30 am the next day. However according to the ******* Statue. Title XL, section 7, Chapter 715. A company is obligated to release your vehicle to you one hour of notifying them of the release. The company acknowledged the release was in from the company but IGNORED this law. This puts the company in violation. Will someone PLEASE help. She paid the release on 6/8/23 at 12:42. She called Action towing at 12:58. They said she couldnt get her car til 6/9/23. I called Sarasota Police to ask for validation and the officer told me State Laws override company policies and rules. Please assist. The finance company stated she shouldnt be charged and additional fees because she paid a $420 repossession fee

    Customer was not charged any fees at our facilities. The law referred to pertains to towing companies. We are not a towing company. All of our appointments are first come first serve. The entire complaint is false and lacks and documentation showing any law was violated and the customer was not charged any fees.
