    Fix Smart was sent here by our warranty company. They have been here 4 times to fix the ice maker in my refrigerator. It works for a while than stops, than after a few weeks it works again. I gave up on having them come back. I had them here for my oven the tech was here for maybe 2 minutes took pictures of the oven and wanted his $60 and left. He told the warranty company the oven broke because of abuse( not true). I would not have them back. If I have to call the warranty company for something again I will demand a different company show up.

    They came out to repair my dryer in November and one month later the same issue is happening. Loud noise and clothes won’t dry. My dryer is on a year and a half old. They won’t come out and repair again unless I pay again. Repair should have lasted more that a month.

    Fix Smart Appliance is great!! From the time I first called on Monday, the lady answering phone was so nice! My appt was scheduled for a Friday but she said she would try to make it Wednesday AND she DID! Alex was our service man. He was professional and friendly! He got right to the problem and repaired it quickly!! I can't say enough nice things about this company and it's people!! Great customer service! Highly recommend them👍👍👍 Connie M

    Fix Smart was sent by our insurance company to come look at our refrigerator. It was leaking and it was determined a new ice maker and water valve needed to be ordered. That was on 9/13, and we have yet to hear back from them. No one returns our calls or text messages. After the visit the ice maker stopped working for a few weeks, and then started working again on its own. Once it started working again it also started leaking again. We reached out to our insurance company but they had us start a new claim since it was longer than 30 days, even though we have constantly been trying to contact them. We had to pay a new claim fee. I want my $85 back from Fix Smart since they did not fix the issue and would not contact us back for a resolve.

    I can say enough. Pedro and Alejandro came on time and did a great job! Comunication with the front office was easy, and curtious. Their scheduling accurate and they will keep you posted on the arrival of the technicians. That's the way to run a business.
