    This business was assigned to repair my refrigerator by ****** ********. I reported the issue to ****** ******** on Jan 2. And was assigned a tech to show up from fix smart on Jan 7 between 11 am and 3pm. Although I called to confirm the appt on Monday Jan 6 could only leave voicemail. On Jan 7th at 1pm called to get eta and got voicemail and left message for eta No one ever showed up and called ****** ******** at 3:20pm to report. Very unreliable communicatio.

    I'm leaving this review to recognize *******, the tech from "Fix Smart" that fixed our dish washer.He arrived for the initial call and diagnosed the problem and had the part ordered in ~30 mins.He returned the following week and completed the repair in ~45 mins.Nice work *******. We are very impressed with your professional communication, trouble shooting and repair skills!Thanks again!

    HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. TECH CAME OUT TO REPAIR MY ****. HE LOOKED AT IT ,TOOK THE BOTTOM DRAWER OUT AND LOOKED BEHIND THE **** AND THEN TOLD ME THAT HE NEEDED TO ORDER A FAN FOR THE FREEZER BUT THE FREEZER WORKS FINE. IT'S THE **** COMPARTMENT THAT IS NOT COOLING. IT'S BEEN THREE WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM ON THE STATUS OF MY , CLAIM. THIS COMPANY WAS SENT TO ME THRU MY HOME SERVICE, CHOICE HOME WARRANTY. I HAVE CONTACTED CHW TO INFORM THEM OF THE SITUATION AND I'M TOLD TO CALL FIX SMART AND SET UP ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH THEM BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER THE ****** I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN WITH MEDICATION THAT NEEDS TO BE RE****ERATED AND THEY'RE PUTTING MY HEALTH AT RISK.

    The worst! I made a claim with home warranty on Monday and I requested an appt. for Friday. I took the day off to be there for them to come and fix my dryer. They made my appt. for Wed. Then Thurs. I told them multiple times I need the appt. to be Friday. Then on Friday they moved my appt. to Monday. This is unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I should have been their priority when I made the appt. 5 days in advance.
    I will do all I can to let everyone know to never use Fix Smart Appliance Service,

    This company had been amazing every time they have come out. It's always been through my warranty company and it's always been because someone before them didn't do the job right. They go above and beyond with addressing the issue and fixing small things in the process of fixing the bigger issue. Always polite.

    Through Choice home warranty I was assigned Fix Smart Appliance Service to repair my washer. Pedro Viera was very polite and friendly. He explained in detail about the problem and fixed it. Made sure I was satisfied with his services and assured me that I must contact his company if the problem was not rectified. It was a pleasure using this company, thanks to Pedro’s efficiency.

    Rafael did a great job in repairing my refrigerator. He is very experienced in all aspects of electronic repairs. I would recommend him for additional requirements.

    The owner is horrible and the communication is horrible! This company is the worst customer service. The technician Rafael was pleasant and I suggest he quits and starts his own business rather than work under management like that. The owner hang up the phone in my face and told me he is not doing anything after his front desk lady reached out to the wrong number thinking it’s me but look at the other reviews this same issue keeps happening and think about all the other people who didn’t post reviews…the owner doesn’t care about his customers at least that’s how I felt and didn’t sympathize at all was unprofessional and rude! I will never recommend anyone have a horrible experience like I have with this company they literally should rethink why they are in business. Maybe adopt a management software with automated reminders and front desk staff that can dial correct numbers. I don’t want to discourage you from being better but I personally had so much stress due to this company that it’s hard to stay positive. I would love to see real reviews of people who receive good service and compassionate responses, I wish that for you guys.
