I attended their online presentation on December 2022. They pitched a "buy 3 stores get 1 free" to everyone present. They presented how profitable the online stores they managed for their clients were. I wired them 95K to get all four stores and the was the biggest mistake I have ever made.1) The Amazon store they started for me was started almost a year ago and hasn't had a single sale, yet they still want to bill you $300 a month.2) The Amazon Aged store (which costs 20K) took months to get going. Once it got going they charged my credit card THOUSANDS of dollars, then the account got suspended by Amazon and I was left with all of this credit card debt. I never saw a single dollar in profit. Again, they bill you $300 a month.3) ************ store has been running for almost a year, NOT A SINGLE SALE, yet again, they bill you $300 a month.4) Lastly.... *********** store, the process to start is extremely confusing and complicated, once you sign up, they will never be willing to hop on a phone call to address any hiccups or obstacles in the process, you have to email them and hopefully you will get a response. Based on my experience with them on the first 3 stores I refused to start the process for the ******* store until any of the stores got going which never happened. I wanted to avoid being billed ANOTHER $300 a month.They are now saying that selling on Amazon and ******* is not the right business model and are wanting to move all their clients to Shopify. This is absurd. NXTLVL and OneUP (which are the same company) is an absolute scam and the *** ***************************** needs to be held accountable for his dishonest and fraudulent business dealings.Business Response

I paid $25,000 on 25 Feb 2022 for NXTLVL to manage my Amazon store company. They have not been able to tell me if anything has been put in my store for sale and nothing has been sold. My store got shut down. They will not help me answer the questions so that the store can be reopened. I have sent emails for the past month asking for help on what to say and they do not reply with any help. I finally got an answer saying did I get their email? This is not a company that has your best interest. There is no phone number to call that anyone will answer and speak with you about the situation. This is a total scam as far as I can tell. As much as I pray otherwise, I am afraid it is not a good company to get involved in.Business Response

My business partner and I entered into an agreement with NXTLVL Services in December of 2021 where I paid them $85,000 for a ******* Store, an Aged Amazon Store, and a ******** Store. Becausethey had a "buy 3, get 1 free" special running in December, we also got another Amazon Aged Store. Much similar to the other stories posted here, they were promising a store to produce upwards of $3k-$5k in income within the first 3 months of launching. If it had even produced a positive $$ gain over their$300/mo maintenance fee, I would have been happy. In the almost 6 months since we have launched the ********store & both of my Amazon "Aged" stores, we have not received one cent, and haven't even so much as seen a single purchase from the stores. In fact, all they havedone is get both of the Amazon stores suspended. Weeks go by and no updates are provided unless I reach out to them personally and even then, they are nondescript and give me no real sense of when resolution or sales will occur. Each time I try to escalate my issues to get more visibilityand hopefully a quick resolution I am lectured by their Director of Customer Success on the file and ranks of their internal processes, and how I need to revert back to an Account Manager that has provided no **************** or resolution in the first place. I was referred to this company by a friend so have remained hopeful and even quite respectful and reasonable given the circumstances. But now they are telling me that they want me to start the **************** again, but this time with Shopify accounts and they want me to set it all up again. They want to cancel my existing contract and have me sign another one for the Shopify stores. My resolution would be to AT LEAST get the refund back for the $85,000 in consulting fees. This does not include THOUSANDS more in monthly maintenance fees, registered agent fees, filing for LLC's, business credit fees, etc.Business Response

Entered into an agreement with NXTLVL Services LLC to run an Amazon store under ****** Services LLC for me with a consulting fee of $25,000 on 7/14/2020. From that moment on I have had my store suspended twice. First time was for 3 months. The second time the store was suspended it stayed suspended and was never opened again. I did everything asked of NXTLVL to unsuspend it but went without communication, not for lack of trying (CEO blocked me on Instagram when personally reaching out to him), with NXTLVL for 5 months. Our contract stated that after 16 months I can ask for a buyback of my consulting fee. I requested that (1/17/22) since NXTLVL did not hold up their end of the contract. To my surprise and not in my contract, the store has to be operational for 16 months and not from the time of signing the contract. My store was never up and running for 16 months so I can't request the buyback. I have attached a picture of the contract's buyback terms and nothing mentions what I was told from their employees. Granted they knew they messed up and admitted to growing pains and taking too much and having to outsource their work force and everything they still refused to refund me but to only offer to start up a ******** or ******* store. Which would require me to start a new LLC, start a new Credit Card, Get a family members Drivers ID number and all their bank information. I refused to get anyone else involved after having gone over a year with no passive sales and terrible communication between us. I have entered an agreement with NXTLVL Services where I paid them a $30,000 consulting fee and to purchase an aged Amazon store fees in return for passive income they would generate from the store. They told me that by purchasing an aged store, I will start getting income within 3 months. It has been over 3 months and my store is not even up and running. We created the agreement on July 21st of 2020. According to the contract they have a ***** month period until they will give you a refund if they could not make you back your investment. I paid in full the 25k for an Amazon store, and we began working together. As soon as the account started to get up and running it was shut down. Amazon froze the account and left me with a 2k credit card bill locking all funds - which I had to pay. Amazon stated they froze the account due to NXTLVL selling items that appeared to be fake or not what they should be, they required documents to unlock my account. NXTLVL submitted documentation on my behalf and Amazon wrote back that they submitted fraudulent documents and would shut down my account. As I wrote for help from NXTLVL they then encouraged me to create a new account in someone else's name and start a new Amazon store, this goes against Amazon's terms and conditions. I asked for a refund due to NXTLVL getting my account banned, they told me they would not provide a refund due to the account not being active, however there is nothing in my contract that states if they submit fraudulent documents and get me banned that they can still withhold my refund. I do not wish to do business with a company that lacks transparency, honesty, integrity and gets their clients banned. They have been unresponsive to my emails and close out open tickets with no response. They refuse to admit that my account was banned due to their improper and devious operations. They refuse to give a refund even though it was their fault the account was banned. Overall I've spent around $30k plus on this entire endeavor, they won't even honor their money back guarantee. I've tried to speak to customer service to get a refund and they refused every time or stopped answering. I've engaged in trying to serve them a lawsuit and my lawyer can't even find their address and has been unable to serve them for the past 2 months. NXTLVL is a massive scam.
