***************************** is a total FRAUD. Lost over $40,000 with his fake NXTLVL Service business and OneUp Services contracts. He should be behind bars. He is a total FRAUD. I won and arbitration against him for over $100,000.

If I couldgive a lower rating I would. My family member purchased an aged store for $50K. They were promised like so many others who have posted here that would never get suspended by Amazon because they work within the Amazon guidelines to make sure nothing would happen. Practically out of the gate , the store was suspended after having thousands charred to her card for products. We have tried to get through this together. Luckily my husband is an *** agent and was able to gain a lot of information about this company and the managing member. First off, please look up current and previous lawsuits against ********************************* and Next Level. Also after reviewing him, there are currently fraud charges civility against him personally and under multiple.companies all affiliated with NXTLEVEL associates out of ********. In addition, we found out ********************** has a criminal record for drug dealing and our attorneys are obtaining the file out of ************. He also seems to have had multiple lawsuits out of ***** and his videos on ******* and Instagram are all fictitious and paid advertisements. Even the cars and images of this great lifestyle are all borrowed or staged. He has a very questionable past including we found him as a gay ****** while running this business and taking peoples hard earned money. The *** is watching the many cases and building a file for indictment. I strongly suggest filing police reports and sending copies to your local *** offices. This guy is a total fraud and stared a hedge fund pretty recently. Just another Avenue to steal peoples hard earned money. Please be careful and ********************* vs. NXTLVLServices LLC. That case looks like its going to Jury Trial for fraud.

The Amazon store they started for me was started almost a 4 years ago. Once it got going they charged my credit card THOUSANDS of dollars, then the account got suspended by Amazon and I was left with all of this credit card debt. I never saw a single dollar in profit. And they billed me $300 a month. They gave me a replacement store which had me sending repeated information on several occasions to them over a years' time, just for the store to NEVER become active. NOT A SINGLE SALE. They are never willing to hop on a phone call to address any problem or obstacles in the process, you have to email them and hopefully you will get a response. They are now saying that selling on Amazon is not the right business model and are wanting to move all their clients to Shopify. I told them I just wanted my money back and they told me my only option is to end the contract with Nxtlevel and open a contract with Oneup Services. I asked serval times why --- as to my understanding that I was guaranteed ROI within 12-14months and it's been 4 years!! This is absurd. NXTLVL and OneUP (which are the same company) is an absolute scam and needs to be held accountable for dishonesty and fraudulent business dealings.

One of the reasons why I went with NXTLVL was that in Dec 2021 I didn't see any negative info on BBB about them. They seemed neutral or at least trouble-free. Now here I am a little over one year later and they've been nothing but trouble. Now I see all these negative reviews by people like me who got duped. NXTLVL isn't so much a fraud as they are a poorly run business. I paid $50k for an "Executive Aged Store" that was supposed to make 5% ROI monthly. The issue isn't about how little money is made, it's that I never received full ownership. To be clear, I paid $50k for a store, they provided me a bill of sale signed by their NXTLVL agent and the previous owner, but I never got the logon username/password for the store. I need that to log into the store and set where the money deposits to. Any money this store makes ( it's losing money ) cannot be retrieved by me, but it can probably be retrieved by the previous owner. So far the store has spent $6300 which I had to cover out-of-pocket. The store's income was $5000, none of which I can touch, but the previous store owner ( if he thought to check his account ) could. NXTLVL isn't a scam, but they have no idea what they're doing. They just want money but have no idea how to work or be responsible. Bunch of ***** party people. My guess is he ends up like ************************* someday.
