    I trap neuter and release felines in Broward County. I have utilize this business for quite some time. What I have noticed over the last few years is that she has regular customers that will bring in 10 cats at a time and she will service them first before she services any other customers, so I waste my time going there with any of the felines that I have trapped because she refuses to take them because shes full. This happens all the time even a text message I asked her how many ferrals would I be able to bring in today and she said two. I brought in the two cats and she said she wasnt gonna be able to fit them but she took the person behind me with the long trap. I use long trap. I also use small blur transfer traps as well which I have had no problem utilizing in the past. She refused to take them however, she was able to take probably at least 24 cats and probably eight or nine or more appointments prior to taking and all of the cats that were ready to go in to be spayed and neutered. I also arrived at 7 oclock. They open up at eight. I also always arrive early so that I would be the first want to go in there. Still ahead of me she took at least 20 carts before me. She has selective customers that she does this all the time. Shes extremely rude and nasty and unprofessional. She doesnt care about any of the felines or animals that are brought in there. All she cares about is her self and her business and the money thats brought into the business and the donations.

    Booked an appointment for my 8 month old Persian to be spayed here, and put down a $25 deposit. I waited in line for half an hour to be turned away because she apparently requires intubation to be spayed. I asked for my deposit back and whoever is on the other end of this phone number is both rude and passive-aggressive and said no. The manner in which they have been replying to me is very unprofessional. The lady at the bus told me there is a "specific list of breeds" they do not take on their site, that is not true. It simply says they do not service "brachycefalic and hairless." If this is what the lady was referring to, that is not a list of BREEDS. Do lay people know what brachycefalic means? No. The man in front of me did not even understand what it mean when asked if his cat was in heat. Part of enacting a successful health promotion program (in this case for dogs and cats) is to ensure the user(s) know what the program entails and what to expect. You consistently use medical jargon that lay people quite simply do not understand, which is a disservice to those you provide care for. Overall a disgusting experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.

    We tried our best to clarify everything on our website to avoid wasting people money and time. most of clients contact us when they have special situations and we answer them right away and that way we can prevent situations like this.

This is FAR from the truth. Firstly, why would I assume my cat is a "special" situation? Please do not forget you are serving the general public and the majority of people would make no connection that a Persian cat requires "special" care because we simply do not possess the medical (veterinary) knowledge to know that. Please check their reviews on ******* many people have the same complaint. They do NOT clearly state which breeds they do not service ANYWHERE ON THEIR ACTUAL WEBSITE!!! They only have a caveat in a pop-up window when you open the scheduling program Schedulicity. That is not the Pet Population Control website and it is not listed anywhere under information regarding the surgery. It should be listed with the information you so desperately point out regarding what types of pet carriers are allowed. They DO NOT clearly state which BREEDS they do not provide service for. The woman (owner) who declined my cat for services told me to my face that there is a list of breeds they do not provide services for. That is a lie! They only listed "neither special breeds that requires special treatments (brachyocefalic, hairless or others)" on the **Schedulicity pop-up**. As I pointed out before, brachyocefalic is a medical term that lay people do not understand! This issue has clearly come ** in the past as you can see based on reviews I read AFTER it happened to me on their ****** reviews. So rather than correcting the issue and clearly specifying which breeds, the owner has left this term in there to try to cover her ***. It is shameful that this is allowed to go on because she hides behind this as a way to keep people's money! A complete disservice to the pet owner community.
