I trap neuter and release felines in Broward County. I have utilize this business for quite some time. What I have noticed over the last few years is that she has regular customers that will bring in 10 cats at a time and she will service them first before she services any other customers, so I waste my time going there with any of the felines that I have trapped because she refuses to take them because shes full. This happens all the time even a text message I asked her how many ferrals would I be able to bring in today and she said two. I brought in the two cats and she said she wasnt gonna be able to fit them but she took the person behind me with the long trap. I use long trap. I also use small blur transfer traps as well which I have had no problem utilizing in the past. She refused to take them however, she was able to take probably at least 24 cats and probably eight or nine or more appointments prior to taking and all of the cats that were ready to go in to be spayed and neutered. I also arrived at 7 oclock. They open up at eight. I also always arrive early so that I would be the first want to go in there. Still ahead of me she took at least 20 carts before me. She has selective customers that she does this all the time. Shes extremely rude and nasty and unprofessional. She doesnt care about any of the felines or animals that are brought in there. All she cares about is her self and her business and the money thats brought into the business and the donations.Business response

We do care a lot about all the animals.The clients is very rude, nasty and very disrespectful. She was fired in the past as client and we gave her a second choice and the same thing happened.
Unfortunately our place is very limited (we are a mobile unit) and we have very strict system. Doesn't work for everyone and we can't make everyone happy everyday . Some clients needs to come back the following day or go somewhere else. As a matter or fact some of the clients we took first were there Tuesday and I couldn't take them, so they came back Wednesday. But is very simple to talk bad and been mean and rude and try to ruin someone else business. We love what we do and WE DO REALLY CARE about every single pet we do there regardless who they are (indoors or outdoors). That is why our regulars keeps coming back to us because they know what and hoy we do our job !
I'm so happy this lady will not come back to me never again . I wish her all the best in the world.
She canceled one of her appointments for a family emergency at the last minute . Now the other appointment on the 28th of November I will not take her so I'm willing of giving her money back even when our policy said the deposit is not refundable. And by the way she is mixing stuff here because outside cats don't need appointment neither deposit . First come first serve, until we are at full capacity. The appointments she is talking is for indoors cats and I will let her explain to you about her first cancelation and I will return the money for the next one . Because I refuse to provide any service to a person like her.
