If there was a way to leave less than one star, we would. This "business" should not be in business serving anyone. Our experience was horrific, and after looking at some of the other reviews, I feel lucky that we did not complete our bus with Nomadic Homes. However, they did take over $43,000 with absolutely no work done to our bus, inflated the cost of the few items that were purchased (we have the proof), and the minimal work that was done was ****** at best. When we asked for receipts for work done and materials purchased, we were stalled over and over again, yet we continued to make the aggressive payment schedule deadlines without ever seeing any work being done. We can only blame ourselves for that. But when we finally demanded the receipts, we were appalled at the lies and the state of our bus. Very little had changed since we dropped it off, and Courtney (the owner) dared to tell us we owed her more money. This is not a reputable business, beware! There are other options out there for bus conversions, and we strongly suggest you find another builder before you end up like us and MANY other unsatisfied customers.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the distress and frustration you encountered during your project with Nomadic Homes. Your feedback is invaluable, and we take all complaints seriously, as they help us improve our services.

I regret that your experience was not reflective of the current standards we uphold. As one of our early builds nearly two and a half years ago, your project occurred during a time of significant internal changes within our organization, which did impact our operations. However, we successfully completed key phases of your project, including demolition, framing, insulation, exterior painting, and the installation of ceilings. While we began work on enclosing the walls, modifications to the layout and additional compliance specifications outside of our original agreement led to delays. These delays were compounded by slower response times on your end, which hindered our ability to progress efficiently.

We provided a breakdown of material costs separate from labor to assist you in securing funds from your investors, even though this is not our standard policy.

Ultimately, after your notification of intent to cease payments despite our agreed-upon schedule, we understood your decision to pick up the bus from our facility, which unfortunately halted all further work on the project.

If you have any additional concerns or wish to discuss your experience further, please do not hesitate to reach out

You will be over charged for any cost and the work you receive back will not meet expectations. You would be making a terrible mistake trusting this company with your hopes and dreams. You might receive a very unsafe and improperly functioning home/vehicle if you do so.

Not a professional bus builder in any sense of the word. Every aspect of the partial build they did had to be repaired. Electrical work was very unsafe and was a fire hazard. Plumbing, if not repaired after we got the bus back, would have caused a likely catastrophic flood. This builder is a scammer who will overcharge for work that a person with no experience could do better.
