    Waiting since September 28, 2022 for a someone to set up an appointment date to repair my generator. It failed its test run due to a wiring error the day *** made landfall. Fortunately I did not lose power. I live in ******, *******! This generator was installed in June 2021. The first time i needed it in June 2022 the transfer switch got fried so it could not automatically turn off when power was restored and it took 2 visits by technicians to repair it properly. Im still waiting for the key that was supposed to be in my GenerX control box to come in the mail! Ive put in three repair request and have received names of people who will be in contact with me to set up a repair appointment. Still waiting for a call They are working, all hands on deck to make repairs secondary to the damage caused by ***. I respect that but they could call me to set up an appointment. Just a little FYI they had hands on deck to deliver and install a new generator 3 doors down from me 2 days ago! No hands on deck to fix my generator though!!!

    I thought i would share my recent experience with Hurricane *** and the whole house Generx generator installed. *** knocked out power in the night when I was sleeping. The generator came on and powered out house. It made a big difference for the day that power was out. The tanks outside were properly tied down and did not move even in the strong winds. When power came on the generator turned off. Best of all the generator was quiet. This is a good product, well installed. Thank you.
