These movies showed up late because they were in front of my condominium couldn't find my apartment in drove away. When they got upstairs I found out why they don't speak a word of English, they require a voice recognition software to communicate at all, how two of them were paired together rather than sending at least one person capable of speaking English is insane. A job ***** of their company estimated at 3 hours total took from 10:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. these drivers were unprofessional. Had to stop every few minutes to use the voice recognition software which was poor because it took multiple attempts to communicate, then translate my words or their words. This cost hours of needless time. Of course these thieves decided that was my problem and held my first hostage, when I refuse them a second time to bump me again after they already bought me $600 they left with my remaining furniture that was supposed to be offloaded and put it with the stuff going to the dump. These are dangerously **** poor movers. They didn't even come with a screwdriver ******** or Flathead. They do to ask for things for personal use. How unprofessional is that, they didn't even bring water with them. Before they came I labeled everything going to different places and they couldn't comprehend where or why things had a certain word of going on that truck cool ***** suggested the very same thing to me as far as teaching things in the way they would come off the truck. Dangerously unprofessional and these two gentlemen did the one thing. They knew how to stop and let their boss work me over. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. I did not get a shifyrobe and two lamps, plus they didn't reassemble things that need to be disassembled at my old place. They stopped me to work me over some more which took translation too. Not that they can handle translation. Very dangerous to employ must assist on a flat rate no hourly determination only. No matter what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
