I ordered facewash from this company September 23rd using my checking account (stupidly) and they sent me an email with an order number and everything saying they were just waiting to confirm my payment. Never heard back. I had been having issues with that card declining things from out of state so I tried my credit card instead (also, very stupidly). Got an email saying the same thing. That was October 11th. Never received anything. Today (October 20th) I got an email saying some autopay payments of mine were declined because of insufficient funds, so I checked my bank account. These scammers stole $2900 from my account through a cash app withdrawal and left me with basically nothing. I disputed the charge and am being sent a new one, but I should have known better. I should have checked reviews. When I did, after the fact, there were ALOT of other people leaving reviews saying money was stolen from them as well. They seemed legit, but THEY'RE JUST A SCAM. Don't use this company. Save yourself the trouble. F*** these people.Initial Complaint

I placed on online order for a beauty product totaling $ *****. I got a thank you email but never an order confirmation or the product. Then a few days later I started getting fraudulent charges on my ***************** I had to cancel my card. I don't have any proof but it sure seems to me that the two are linked. Placed an online order July 2023, never received it. Contacted business via chat a few times...clearly a scam. They now have all my info and debit card #. Like a lot of people on these reviews, I attempted to buy some products and paid via my credit card. Never received the product. When I tried to call, the phone was not working. My credit card has not been charged yet. I used the chat to inquire about my order and payment. I received a message in the chat saying that they were having difficulty with their payment system. In the meantime, for the first time ever, one of the online shopping sites I have an account with was hacked by using my email address to change the password and a purchase of $420 was made. After reading reviews I see that this company only wants email addresses and credit card info to hack. It is not a legit company and is scamming people. Ordered a product from Ladysdresms. Paid and waited for delivery. A few months has past- no product - no acknowledgement- no nothing! Ive attached the emails regarding my order placed over a week and a half ago. I keep getting the run around about the system being down and now Im being told I have to place my order again. This company has my card information at this point and has delivered no product to me. If my order is on hold why would I have to place another order? card was not charged. She can not get in contact with the business and thinks
they might be out of business. Wants to make sure that she did not give her
card information out to someone sketchy.
