    The transaction was placed on January 8th and tried to follow up on my order (since it had been days without any information from them) by calling the contact number only to hear a busy signal on every attempt...     I attempted to purchase something from this company but they never took the money or sent the merchandise. I did further investigation and multiple reviews state it is an scam.

    I tried to buy ********* Foot soap online since they are no longer selling at the stores. I came across ladydreams.com and saw that they were selling it for $6.00. I entered my credit card, address, and email information for the purchase and received an email receipt that it was in process. When I looked at my account, I saw no transaction was taken and thought it wasn't processed. So I did another purchase weeks later with a different card and got the same email response and again no funds taken out of my account. By the time, I researched the company and saw the reviews that this is a scam and they wait for about a week and start making large transactions of $700 and more to your credit card. Luckily I was able to catch but it has put in a bind where my bank account is compromised and now I have to close all my credit cards and get new ones. Please DON'T BUT SH** FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! IT SCAM!!

    I ordered and paid for makeup and got a form email from company saying item will not ship until payment received ?? now Im reading this business is fraudulent and so many people have been scammed and I am so worried they have stolen my business credit card information, please help

    I ordered product from this business on 11/13/2023 and did not receive it. I tried to call company phone# ************, but just has a dial tone. I emailed ************************************* but only get the following email message back: "We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are currently experiencing a Payment Gateway issue on our website which has prevented your order from being processed. No money has been debited from your card. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible and will email you once it has been resolved. Thank you for your patience."The BBB has been getting complaints for 6 months that this is a scam site, but it is still operating. Shut this Down NOW!

    I paid over $76 on ladysdream.com and never received my order. After emailing quite a few times with an auto response of Incomplete Delivery. Ive called and the phone number is out of order. I then read reviews all saying the same thing. This company is a scam and has peoples credit card info and email addresses, which they are selling to third parties to steal money using your credit card and personal information. Please take this site down immediately and have them refund all purchases. Ladys Dreams needs to be investigated by the *** and FTC immediately to shut these people down and recover all personal and credit card information they have and that they have sold to third parties. ASAP.

    I HAD ORDERED SOME HAIRSPRAYS FROM THIS COMPANY.. WAITED SEVERAL WEEKS AND DID NOT RECEIVED..I EMAILED COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES AND NO REPLY. GOT A STATEMENT OF CARD I USED OF **** DOLLARS OF FRADULENT TRANSACTIONS. THE CREDIT CARD I USED HAD A ZERO BALANCE. I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD RIGHT AWAY AND CANCELLED MY CARD AND SUBMITTED A FRAUD CASE
