    This company is the worst, they have a majority of vending machines in ***************** and all the vending machines at the ***************************. I have had numerous times where the item does not dispense, the item is expired by several months or the item that dispenses is the wrong item. I have filed a complaint based on the machine instructions numerous times to receive an automated response that I will receive a refund which has only happened one time. Today I purchased a Diet Coke that was dated Aug07 2023. That is inexcusable!!! Unfortunately, my choices are limited when wanting to purchase a drink or snack at the airport as I work there and unless I want to pay 3 times the normal price, I am stuck buying from this company's vending machine. They clearly could care less about the consumer as they know they had a monopoly on the vending machines! I truly hope that this complaint reaches their management and perhaps they will change their operations!!! If possible, I would have given a 0-star rating!
