    Consistent issue with using their vending machines. Most recently on 5/9 the vending machine charge me and did not dispense. I have requested refunds in the past and have not gotten a response.

    Hello, 

    We have sent Ean his refund via mail using his mailing address in the complaint. 

    Please note from ****** Review he posted 4 weeks ago, we attempted to resolve his complaint immediately, but he never contacted ******** at the email we provided. Additionally, we attempted to call AND email him as soon as we received notification from BBB of complaint filed. 

    Again, we received no reply to either email or our phone messages so a check for $3 refund was issued and sent to address in complaint. 

    We take our reputation seriously and always value all interactions with our customers. I am sorry *** has not replied to our efforts to rectify his experience when using one of our vending machines. 

    We would appreciate this complaint be removed from our BBB record.

    On 07/13/2023 I used a Gilly Vending machine at the ************************ hospital which took the $5.00 in cash I put in the machine and then did not give me any items. I called the phone number on the machine to make a complaint at that time. I was even emailed a reference # of 68162/2934/72/21238 and told in the email I would get a refund sent in the form of a check by mail.I have YET to receive anything from Gilly Vending. I have emailed them on 07/26/23, 08/15/2023 & 09/08/2023. I called and spoke to someone on 08/15/2023 who assured me that I would get the refund which I have NOT received. I made a complaint by phone and email today (09/08/2023). I will be contacting the police depart to discuss options of charging Gilly Vending with Theft.

    Put $5 into a vending machine, and the machine would not vend the selected item or refund the deposited money. Issue not resolved through their customer service.
