    Each team member contributed greatly. Although I was initially concerned about the safety of my belongings, they worked professionally to reduce my stress. I would hire them again without hesitation. Well done.

    HORRIBLE! DON'T USE THEM. Yes, I knew they were a broker, but didn't realize the companies they worked with were so bad. Yes, when the pick up movers came, they charged more than the contract with Native Van Lines agreed to even though the inventory list was Exactly as discussed and reviewed. **************** was supposed to review, but they didn't. I was told the move would be between 7-21 days and dispatch would provide status updates. NEVER. When finally called to get update, was told they hadn't even left yet. Yes, they broke the TV (which they packed), yes they "lost" items, yes, they scratched several pieces of furniture. So unprofessional. So many lies. If you're reading this you may be thinking of using this company. Don't do it.

    DO NOT USE A BROKER FOR YOUR MOVING!! Esp not this company! Need to have zero stars- would not recommend. They had good customer service on the front end, very attentive, but after they get their deposit- which steadily goes up after the initial estimate- they are radio silent- because they pass the buck to the next group that takes over your move. My pick up was July 26/27 and delivery was supposed to be Aug 7. Nothing- no call, no text, no email. So I reached out and got the next company involved in this debacle. They say that the carrier (which is the third company now) usually delivers in 7- 14 days from the first date of delivery. 7 days go by, then 14- with me reaching out to find out that they "will deliver soon" and no delivery. This company indicated that I call the carrier, which I did, only to have them attempt to extort me for more monry in order to deliver. Isn't that called holding a delivery for ****** or hostage??? Native DID NOTHING to assist in finding where my things were- they washed their hands of me after they got their cut. The driver who did deliver and is an independent contractor (4th company involved) to the carrier, says he never was paid by the broker which is why my delivery was over 40+ days from pick up. My things have been sitting in a warehouse in the original pick up location until 2 days from 9/15. There is water damage to boxes, boxes have collapsed, furniture scratched and broken. Has been this biggest mistake I have made in my life- don't make the same mistake. Go to the ****** follow their steps to ID a reputable moving company.

    This company is not a moving company - but independent agent. Worst service ever. Movers Beware.I moved from ** in June 2023 to *******, **. They offered 1 month for free of storage of which I took advantage of - a huge mistake.They picked up on time but the mover was another company called *************** LLC.Delivery was scheduled for August. They called on Aug 1 noting that delivery would be made on 8/2. On 8/2 they called to say they were going to deliver late on 8/3. On 8/3 they were no- show. 8/4 again no show. I had to file a complaint to confirm new delivery. Finally shipment delivered on 8/5.TV was completely damaged - unusable. Sofa leg is broken. The 2 bedrooms set, the parts are missing. The Dining table is damaged/scratched. Desk is scratched. They took apart the TV/Fireplace entertainment stand was completely damaged (unusable).I filed complaint to get reimbursed for damages/lost. They just offered me $75.00 for all damages. Yet I paid $3240 for the move.

    Worst company ever!! BEWARE!!I am writing this review because I am feeling helpless. Me and my wife moved from **** to ***** a month back (1st January, ****). We hired Native Van Lines to move our stuff. They promised to deliver our stuff within 2 to 14 business days. But as many of the review says, They are not a moving company, they are simply an independent agent. They hired some other company which picked up our stuff on 1st Jan, ****. While writing this review as of 28th January ****, our stuff is not yet delivered. We tried calling them so many times, they never pickup the calls and if they pick up (if you are lucky), they will promise you it will be delivered within 1 or 2 days. But it never happens. I asked them so many times where my stuff is right now. They are always like they are trying to contact the carrier (the company who picked up our stuff). But till now they have never said where is the exact location of my stuff. Now, we are worried. We don't know where our stuff is. We have been living in an empty apartment for almost a month now in a new city new state. You can imagine how much inconvenience we are going through.

    They advertised as a moving company, they are simply an independent agent. Their fee structure and quotes are phony. The movers they hired charge whatever they what, and payment to the actual movers must be in cash.

    Constantly up charged for things that were covered.Like moving stuff from larger to smaller truck to get down your street.Notified me same day of delivery when they had 23 days to figure this out.Move was from Phoenix to Boston.Stay away Original price was to cover everything

    Sales was helpful and assured my sister and I that ****************************** LLC. Hopefully I will have a chance to submit photos but the boxes arrived crushed; they broke the coffee table and used Gorilla Glue to fix it, putting the extra parts in one of the boxes and insisted on the full amount in cash before they would unload the broken and crushed items. No pride in their job; took three tries of sending photos and multiple phone calls before I was referred to Anthem Claims who offered (despite submitting a bill for repair of $343) offered 60 cents a pound or $23 (needing a signature and it notarized). Just dont use either company if you value your things. No pride or honor or sense of responsibility.

    Hi had an excellent experience with ****************************** affiliate CL Moving My move from *** to ************* went Very well and the driver/mover ************ helper delivered everything without a scratch! Padding & wrapping were very thoroughly done and the moving truck was packed very well & safely done! Very fine ******* will recommend Them highly to ********************

    Overall, I had a positive experience with this service. I would recommend it. The movers did an excellent job both at the pickup day and the delivery day. They showed up in a timely fashion, and were careful with handling my belongings. There were no surprises with the payments. The early binding estimate for the move was helpful and precise. The only reason that I give 4 stars for this review is that sometimes, before the move, it was hard for me to reach an agent by phone (at the numbers given to me) when I had questions.
