    These guys were life-savers! Ryan was responsive and friendly, and he and his crew of 2 additional guys were very efficient and easy-going. They cleaned out an entire full garage in 15 minutes!! I would hesitate to use them again.

    They did a great job just a little off on their quote and I didn't have them do as much as I originally had in the original quote. But yes overall they were great friendly and very easy to work with.

    I appreciated working with ****** The estimate she provided was much more realistic than others I had except for *****. Both your weight and cubic feet were much higher. Yours were believable. The others look like I would have future problems with actual amounts greatly exceeding the estimate. I was grateful for your estimate. If the local guy was not my choice you would have taken care of our move. Although this is not the official survey, this describes my experience. Thanks again. *****

    Run don't walk away from Native Van Lines. The first thing Native responds with to any negative review is the cop out line we're just a broker. Might be believable if the name didn't include Van ***** No where on their paperwork does it state they are just a broker and wash their hands of you after your move is brokered. At no time during your initial call do they state they're a broker. You are not informed at the time of down-payment that you will be charged an additional 5% for paying with a credit card. When you talking thousands 5% equals hundreds of additional dollars that you are not expecting to pay. You're paying this confidence crew a lot of money to hand off your move to the lowest bid. Then when you're stuffs about half loaded you are hit with cost increases. In my case the bid went from $4039 to eventually at delivery $5902. $400 was added between loading and delivery for reasons I'm unclear on and no one could explain. Never after the down payment was made did I recieve an invoice showing payments or balances. The actual movers wanted cash. Who keeps $2200 laying around to pay workers who don't give receipts upon payment. This is very shady and super unprofessional. We have texts from Native stating our final payment was just under $1800 but the mover had a bill for $2200. The delivery, conveniently was on a Saturday when no one at Native could be reached for verification. Hire your mover directly. Make sure your not dealing with a broker who's just siphoning money for nothing and hanging you with a couple shade tree movers in a raggedy truck. Our unsolicited movers trashed totes, damaged furniture, damaged our oak floors, damaged antiques of all things. However Native responds to this do not take it seriously. Just look at how they take no responsibility for any negative outcome.

    The three men I hired to assist me move were kind, punctual, and really interested in me and my story. They handled everything accurately. Everyone in the team was like that we can handle everything. They are the best choice if you are thinking to move.

    I would highly suggest these movers since they handled furniture with confidence and made sure that our preferences were followed, even though it was a five-flight walk-up.

    Right away I contacted Native Van Lines, and I found them to be trustworthy, amicable, and quick to respond. They came to look at the house we were selling so they could give us a more precise price. Fast and efficient removal of our stuff from two locations.
