    Saw a ***** charge on my debit card for this company. Called company and found it is for a streaming service I have never heard of. I tried to get it reversed but ******* kept telling me to call back with the transaction details, which I do not have since I did not make the transaction. I had to cancel my debit card since this is fraudulent activity

    Someone used my debit card to subscribe to a subscription back in April that I didnt agree to. I contacted the number on my checking account and they said it was a subscription and they cancelled it and returned the funds. It has happened again from the same company and they are refusing to refund the money this time. It also caused 2 NSF charges and the item left unpaid. The website isURGMHV and the charges are ***** and ***** in fees and I would like all of it refunded to me. The number is ************. I have had to get another new debit card as well which is very frustrating. Thanks

    I used to keep close track on every dime I spend but ive had to deal with losing my mom recently and through the grief and everything that has happened i just stopped paying attention but noticed that my account seemed off , I looked at my debit card statements and found that I had been charged twice a month at ***** and then **** for 3 months starting on February 20th of 2023 , I was pretty upset ?? ive been a hard working flooring installer for over 30 years im now 50 and its difficult but its what I know, im not rich by any means and for a company to take advantage of someone like this is terrible! I Googled the company and immediately found many people had the same problem no ideal how this company got there card information or what the company even does ,I found they claim to provide streaming services for movies and music which i have absolutely no interest in! I called them and the operator told me they would cancel my subscription which I never purchased in the first place! I plan to call my bank tomorrow to see what they can do i guess I may be out the $140 or whatever the total comes to but how many people have they done this to without them knowing ?? how many are being charged that have no ideal? Its a scam if ive ever seen one ! Absolutely no morals no character and no integrity! What a shame im still at a loss how this happened in the first place without me agreeing to anything! I hope they get shut down eventually so no one has to deal with this c*** again!!!
