      My $3000 hearing aids stopped working after about 9 months. The sent them back to the company with the promise of a 10-14 day turnaround; it took 2 months! They worked for a couple of months and then stopped again. By then, they were out of warranty - that was a year ago. During that year I made many calls to the company that were never returned. Finally I drove to their new office - not even a sign up! I spoke with a technician who said she would see what kind of trade in she could get for me and call me back the next day. That was 2 months ago and I have heard nothing.

      If you have weeks to get batteries changed in your hearing aids, then this is the place for you. Tri County has had my hearing aids for over 5 weeks. They keep giving me different shipping dates, but cannot produce tracking info since the hearing aids never ship. They blame it on *******, however they are my agent so obviously responsible. I would highly recommend you stay as far away for Tri County as you can.
