            The Appliance company Miele send me to Ocean Appliances for a door that was broken due to shipping. They send a door but ***** send another one. I ask the ocean appliances company to return the door and they said yes but iff it take it to their office . I ask repeatedly to ask for a ******* because it was heavy and in my condition I could take it. The didn't help but said that they will wait. When I finally got it to send it they will not accept it or refund me. There was nothing said about the return time frame or delivery? They knew it was not going to be able to return it and lied.

            Very poor service! Never fixed my dryer after 1 month! Ordered wrong part , then 2 week delay, put new part in and broke 2 days later! Call company and they had no answer told me to call GE! Terrible service company! Will file lawsuit against them! ***
