    I ordered a Marentec Wireless Keypad and a 4 year warranty, that was non-functional. I was given a return number when they were informed I wanted a refund. I returned the product at my expense. It was received on October 11, 2022 by a representative of the company. To date (11-13-22). I have received no refund or contact by the company. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

    Customer ordered this item on Amazon.  Customer returned the item and a refund was submitted thru the Amazon system to customer on Oct 12.  Amazon had the refund on hold for some reason.  We have contacted Amazon to see why the refund was still pending, and they have now gone ahead and forced the refund through, so the  refund should be hitting your account shortly.

    Gate Openers Unlimited had the exact replacement parts that I needed for my US Automatic gate opener. The price was cheaper that anywhere else online. It arrived in less than a week. I have installed the parts and my gate is working like new. I could not be more satisfied.
