    ordered a 3 button station device for a Linear gate opener on 6/29/2024. **** shows a label created on 7/1/2024, but post office is "awaiting shipment". I tried calling and leaving messages and emailing multiple times for a week and no response. I now see the bad reviews others have had with this company and its tactics. I would just like the item shipped or a prompt refund.

    Unfortunately, this was a special order part from Linear ( manufacturer ).  We tried to have it dropped shipped directly to you, that is why a tracking was created, but the manufacturer refused due to the order not qualifying for shipping terms from their warehouse due to limit order qty.  We had to submit a Purchase order adding additional items for this one item to actually ship to us.  We are currently waiting for the item/items to arrive from manufacturer.  Once the item arrives, which should be Thursday, the item will be shipping out to you. We do apologize for the delay, but its very difficult to keep all items in stock at all times.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.They said it was on back order and I finally received the item today. They should have communicated that it was "out of stock" on their website because I would have not put in an order. Additionally, they should have reached out to let me know such. However, since I do have the item, I am satisfied.
