      Poor customer service. They were scheduled to be at a job site from 2:00-4:00. At 3:30 I asked if they were still coming and they said they were running late. Didn’t say how late. At 4:30 I called the office and they were closed. So we went home. At 5:45 I get a call saying they were 15 minutes out. I said no it’s too late. Please reschedule me for tomorrow morning. The next day I get an email saying I was rescheduled for 2 weeks later.
