May 10th 2023 approx $5000. ***** and his company landscape Art *** were hired to extend my driveway with brick papers. Three days after completion, my drive way began to sink in the newly installed driveway. I reached out to ***** and it took a few weeks but a team came and "fixed" the driveway. The very next day the driveway was still sunken, in the same exact spot that was supposedly fixed. I reached out to ***** in July of 2023, and did not hear back for months. I again reached out in September. Nothing. I began to contact him more regularly on my end, and several times he made promises over the phone to send a repair crew out, but never did. He swore it was added to the schedule and gave me dates of repair. Each time, he was a no call no show. I contacted him the day of and the day after each time he was supposedly coming over to repair, and it still takes approximately a week to actually get a hold of him. He swears he will fix the driveway and says "it's a simple driveway repair". I have been lied to and feel I've been given a subpar product and treatment I paid to this businesses. I simply want the driveway, free of defects that I paid for. I don't want anything else other than what he promised I would get.
