      As someone who has all the channels I can tell you my favorite is Walmart. eBay is doo doo and Amazon hates sellers. Amazon just loves charging more fees so they can take your hard earned money for Bezos to continue to lounge in megayachts all day. Walmart is the underdog. They’re trying to compete so they’re trying to learn from all of Amazon’s mistakes. My margins are higher with Walmart. They don’t charge you just for having an account with them. And they don’t keep making up a bunch of new rules on the fly that you now have to follow. Honestly I hope Walmart takes over as the ecommerce king in the next decade or so.

      My store was smooth and then they deactivated my product! I didnt see the notification for a couple of days and the whole time my product was inactive! I cant believe this. Its not my responsibility to call you all. If I dont answer the email or phone call the first time, CALL ME AGAIN! There should be some leeway when I sell out of my fulfilment credits. Nope, not here. As soon as I sold through all my inventory my product was taken down.I am satisfied with the performance but I want my thoughts to be heard. I dont want to have to put more money into my product, Id rather keep that for myself, thank you very much. I hope they get better with reminders.

      My experience with WhyUnified is mostly good. Mostly. Im making solid money with them but its not as consistent as Id like. I keep running out of inventory and have to wait for them to restock it. Sometimes I go weeks where Im out of stock of a certain item. Sure, I still have other products that I can rely on but if things were constantly in stock then Id be making even more. I wish things were more efficient but theyre not. I still recommend them but expect there to be some ups and downs. Its not going to be as picture perfect as youd like.

      Theyve exceeded my expectations. But to be fair my expectations werent that high considering I went with another ecom company before and they didnt do anything. They have a managed account option which is something I never heard of before. So I tried it out and surprisingly it went really well. I didnt have any of the usual problems from before like struggling with seeing sales, late shipments, my account being threatened with deactivation, etc. Everything went according to plan and I tracked progress on my dashboard. I keep getting anxious expecting something to go terribly wrong but nothing has. I guess thats the difference between working with a company that didnt know what they were doing and one that does. Im so happy that everything turned out well and that it wasnt just another failure.

      I enjoy my store. I do. But I dont enjoy how much gatekeeping is involved with their platform.They dont reveal suppliers, they dont reveal their true mark-up on products, and they dont have any sort of course that explains what theyre doing to achieve some fairly remarkable results. Why so much secrecy? I understand they are a business but the reason I feel so strongly about this is because I think they have a great thing theyre doing that a lot of people would benefit from. I am lucky enough to be in such a position where I can afford their service but what about those who cannot? Something like this would be a great stepping stone for them. Maybe there could be a plan that doesnt give people their best products but could cost less to help others get their foot in the door?For anyone on the team reading this, it may be something to mention.

      Im like 95% happy with the service. The product profit is decent (Im averaging about 62%, which is better than a lot of other places I looked into), and Ive actually made consistent progress with orders coming in weekly. Setup wasnt hard, and the team walked me through stuff when I was starting out, which I appreciated because I didnt know **** about running an online store before this.Where things fall just a little short for me is in two areas: first, the service fee. I get that they need to charge something to keep the wheels turning, but I still kinda scratch my head wondering why its on the higher side and they make profit off the product too. Not saying its a ripoffjust wish it was clearer where all that fee goes. Transparency would go a long way there, I think.Second thing, and this is personal: I follow a halal lifestyle, and Id love more insight into the products they assign. Some of the brands Ive seen in the backend I know arent halal, so Ive had to reach out and double-check. The support teams always respectful and helpful when I call though. Ill give them props for that. They dont brush me off or treat my questions like theyre annoying, which is rare nowadays.That said, Im not totally turned off by the product thing because they have been willing to work with me and avoid stuff that crosses the line for me. I just wish it was part of the onboarding or dashboard like an option to flag religious preferences (there days I know not many are religious nor have my belief) but that is off topic.If youre someone who wants hand-holding with launching a store and dont want to deal with vendors, shipping, and support stuff on your own, then WUs setup makes a lot of sense.Anyone else dealt with product concerns like this? Would love to know how yall handled it. Looking to connect with like minded people.

      Decided to try starting my online business with this organization. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get the store up and it took about a month which was a bummer. There was some extra steps I had to to myself (they said I did not) and in the last two weeks (now 2 months in) my store started getting sales daily. Today $459 and in the last two weeks about $2,404. I paid $9,000 to start this up. I am hoping to make my money back in a month. But that does not seem possible in two more weeks. I would say another month. I am saying this to people out there that want to flip money fast....it takes longer than you expect. 2 months. Not 1.

      Getting random emails from them that make no sense and then on top of it amazon it sending me emails too. It is so conflicting and frustrating. I call in and they say that they have no record of it? Confusing. A bit concerned that my store is only generated $8,430 in revenue after two months. Considering I see people that made nothing makes me feel a whole lot better (not to be mean)

      My account with them has been going through a really frustrating situation and I am not getting answers quick enough. Amazon sent me an email that they need to do identity verification 3 times after I already did it twice. Now I have to send my ID, utility bill and other stuff. In the meantime my store is suspended and it has been two weeks as they are reviewing my stuff. In that time I have lost probably $6 thousand or something dollars. Why Unified cant do anything about it. I thought they managed all of this. Like right when my store started making a total of $17,400 this started happening. When I was under that everything was fine. I'm stuck and no one can do anything to help me and I am stuck in some amazon system to verify my ID. Everything is correct. I just want to get my account verified and get back to making sales. Please help. They paused my subscription and credited me but this is not the point! I want to make money that I was making!
