  Ryan and his staff communicated well throughout
  I would use them again and highly recommend you consider using their services

  Our condominium on Fort Myers Beach suffered a complete loss due to Hurricane Ian, September 28, 2022. We hired Ryan & Dane Risteen as our public adjuster in December, 2022. Ryan and Dane did a fantastic job representing us. Our insurance company was very difficult to deal with, they made several unacceptable, low ball offers trying to settle this claim. On September 21, 2023 Dane, working on our behalf, negotiated a settlement we could live with. We're thankful we hired Ryan & Dane Risteen.

  I am more than happy to have met Ryan. He and his brother helped us with insurance for two houses after Hurricane Ian. Without them, both insurance companies would have settled us for a laughable amount. Communication with Ryan was excellent at all times over the months and the trust we placed in him paid off. If we ever have another insurance claim I won't have to think twice about it and will call Ryan immediately.

  Ryan was absolutely fantastic to work with. We had much more damage after Hurricane Ian than we realized and Ryan has been a huge asset. He was very communicative every step of the way and advocated for us expertly. I would 100% work with him again and highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the process. He is even helping us post process with referrals and any questions we have!

  Ryan did an incredible job personally and professionally in working with our insurer's appraiser and representing our interests in damage assessment and closing very favorably with our insurance company.
