    My experience with Phoenix Claims Consulting was outstanding. Both Ryan and Dane Risteen could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. I contacted Ryan with about a month to go before final claims were due to be filed with FIGA; this was after Hurricane Ian and my insurance company had left the state. Ryan came over the next day to evaluate our situation and two days later Dane came and did a complete review of our damage. After much work and effort, my claim was settled for more money than I had hoped for. I highly recommend Phoenix Claims Consulting for anyone with an insurance claim.

    This is the best company I have ever worked with in my life! Excellent people and excellent work done! I had an impossible case in trouble for 1.5 years. I changed over to this company and everything was resolved within 3 months. 5 Stars is not enough for the GREAT WORK Mr. **** and his team performs!!!

    This company is amazing! Ryan always answered my emails and calls and was so patient with all my questions! They did a fantastic job and helped us get through the mess left by Hurricane Ian, "going out of business" insurance companies, ALL the paperwork hoops from the state of Florida, and they were able to get a settlement check that I would never have gotten on my own. I would totally recommend them to anyone!!!

    We suffered such tremendous loss as a result of hurricane Ian we didn't know where to go or who to call. A friend of ours told us about Phoenix Claims-Ryan and Dane Risteen. We called them and almost immediately Dane was at our home. He took many pictures and all our information-flood and home owners insurance phone numbers. It was a long process which is thankfully behind us now all mainly since we hired Phoenix Claims!!! They were informative-easily able to reach and handled everything. Dane was always professional, courteous and kind throughout the entire process.
